Abstract
Una válvula (30) para una tubería de producción (12) en conexión con la extracción de petróleo y gas, que está dispuesta para cortar automáticamente el flujo de fluido en la tubería de producción (12) en el caso de una penetración de gas, en donde la válvula (30) comprende un asiento de válvula (32) que contiene por lo menos un canal de afluente central (34) y uno o más canales de efluente (36, 38) desde la válvula (30); la válvula (30) está construida con un diseño curvo igual a la forma del diámetro exterior de la tubería de producción (12), y está colocada en la parte exterior de la tubería de producción (12), y en donde se dispone un disco de corte rectangular (40) con la misma curvatura en la válvula (30), en a trayectoria de flujo del flujo de fluido, para provocar una alta velocidad de flujo sobre la superficie del disco de corte (40a) contra el asiento de válvula (32), en donde el disco de corte (40) está adaptado para sellarse contra dicho asiento de válvula (32) dependiendo de la presión diferencial que está siendo producida por la viscosidad del flujo que pasa; la invención también comprende una tubería de producción que contiene una válvula.
