Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de una bebida durante un procedimiento de fabricación de cerveza que comprende las etapas de: Producción de una masa de malta, filtración de dicha masa para producir un mosto de malta, ebullición de dicho mosto, lupulización del mosto mediante la adición de lúpulo antes o durante la etapa de ebullición del mosto, y una fermentación de dicho mosto para producir una bebida fermentada. La invención se refiere asimismo a un procedimiento para la obtención de un producto que presenta una concentración mínima de 20x10-6 kg/1 de iso- - ácidos.
