Abstract
La invención se refiere a compuestos heterocíclicos nitrogenados de fórmula (I):en la que:R1 representa hidrógeno, -(CH2)m-NH2, -(CH2)m-NH(C1-C6)alc, -(CH2)m-N(C1-C6)alc2, -(CH2)m-NH-C(NH)NH2 o -(CH2)m-NH-CH=NH, m es igual a 1 ó 2;R2 y R3 forman juntos un heterociclo nitrogenado de carácter aromático con 5 vértices que contienen 1, 2 ó 3 átomos de nitrógeno, sustituido por R4 en un átomo de nitrógeno;R4 representa hidrógeno, (C1-C6)alc o una cadena de fórmula: -(A)n-(NH)o-(CH2)p-(CHR')q R'';A representa C=O, C=NH o SO2;R' representa hidrógeno o carboxilo;R'' representa hidrógeno, NH2, NH(C1-C6)alc, N(C1-C6)alc2, CONH2, CONH(C1-C6)alc, CON(C1-C6)alc2, o un heterociclo saturado con 5 ó 6 vértices que contienen 1 ó 2 nitrógenos y, llegado el caso, un oxígeno o un azufre, fijado a la cadena mediante un nitrógeno o un carbono y eventualmente sustituido por (C1-C6)alc;n, o y q representan 0 ó 1 y p representa un entero de 0 a 4; R5 representa OSO3H, OCFCO2H o OCF2CO2H;- R1 no es hidrógeno, -(CH2)m-NH2, -(CH2)m-NH(C1-C6)alc o -(CH2)m-N(C1-C6)alc2 mientras que R4 es hidrógeno, -(C1-C6)alc, -(C=O)n-(CH2)(0-5)-NH2, -(C=O)n-(CH2)(0-5)-NH(C1-C6)alc o -(C=O)n-(CH2)(0-5)-N(C1-C6)alc2 y R5 es un grupo OSO3H, o cuando R4 tiene todos los valores de R'' mencionados anteriormente, con excepción del heterociclo,- y n, o, p y q no pueden ser todos iguales a 0 salvo cuando R'' es hidrógeno o CONH2, CONH(C1-C6)alc, CON(C1-C6)alc2, o un heterociclo; en forma libre y en forma de zwitteriones y de sales con las bases y los ácidos minerales u orgánicos farmacéuticamente aceptables, su preparación y su utilización como medicamentos antibacterianos.
