Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a formulaciones galénicas, en donde el ingrediente activo de alisquireno, de preferencia una sal de hemi-fumarato del mismo, solo o en combinación con otro ingrediente activo, se granula por fusión, y está presente en una cantidad de más del 20 por ciento en peso, basándose en el peso total de la forma de dosificación oral, así como a un proceso para la preparación de esta forma de dosificación oral sólida.
