Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de morfina-6-glucurónido o de uno de sus derivados, que comprende las etapas que consisten: (ii) en hacer reaccionar un compuesto que responde a la fórmula (I) siguiente : en la que: R1 representa un grupo carbonilo, COR5CO o S02R6S02 con un derivado de ácido glucurónico que responde a la fórmula (II) siguiente: en la que: PG representa un grupo acetilo, isobutirilo, benzoílo o pivaloílo, X representa un grupo trihalógenoacetamidato, y R4 representa un grupo alquil(C1-C4)carboxilato; en presencia de un disolvente aromático y de trifluorometanosulfonilo de trimetilsilano (ii) en hacer reaccionar el producto obtenido en la etapa (i) con un agente fuertemente básico, después (iii) en recuperar el producto obtenido en la etapa (ii).
