La presente invención se relaciona con una composición farmacéutica sólida, para prevenir o tratar desórdenes cardiovasculares, que contiene amlodipina o una sal de la misma farmacéuticamente aceptable y, losartán o una sal del mismo farmacéuticamente aceptable, donde dicha composición muestra altas proporciones de disolución de la amlopidina y del losartán, aún bajo una condición de pH bajo y además una estabilidad de almacenamiento mejorada.The present invention relates to a solid pharmaceutical composition, for preventing or treating cardiovascular disorders, which contains amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and losartan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein said composition shows high dissolution rates of the amlopidine and losartan, even under a low pH condition and also improved storage stability.
