Abstract
Se divulga una tapa dispensadora para la mezcla de una sustancia fluida primaria, tal como un jabón, loción o similares, con una pequeña dosis de una sustancia fluida secundaria, tal como una fragancia. La tapa dispensadora incluye una pluralidad de depósitos que contienen una pluralidad de sustancias fluidas secundarias. Cada uno de los depósitos está asociado con un pistón secundario que, cuando es accionado, hace que la sustancia fluida secundaria sea expelida desde el depósito hacia una cámara de mezcla en la tapa, en donde es mezclada con la sustancia fluida primaria. The dispensing cap includes a plurality of tanks containing a plurality of secondary fluid substances. Each of the tanks is associated with a secondary piston which, when driven, causes the secondary fluid substance to be expelled from the tank into a mixing chamber in the lid, where it is mixed with the primary fluid substance. After mixing the two are dispensed together from a dispensing end of the lid. A selector ring is provided that allows the user to select one of the plurality of deposits. The selector ring has an activation tab that aligns with the secondary piston that is associated with the selected reservoir. The selector ring is coupled with the main piston so that as the primary fluid substance is introduced into the mixing chamber by the movement of the main piston, the selector ring and the flange are pressed down on the selected secondary piston, which expels an amount of the secondary fluid substance selected into the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber may have mixing vanes or other physical characteristics to improve the mixing of primary and secondary fluid substances. The lid may have a blocking feature that prevents activation if the selected tank is empty. The lid may also have a visual indicator that informs the user of the level of the secondary fluid substance within the secondary reservoir.
