Abstract

Se describe una cápsula de gradiente de sabor que tiene cubiertas concéntricas con sabor incrementándose desde afuera hacia adentro, para equilibrar la desensibilización de receptores del sabor durante una lenta disolución en la boca. La cápsula tiene un núcleo (101) (201) con un saborizante concentrado, una cubierta interna (102) (202) que rodea sustancialmente al núcleo con el mismo saborizante a una concentración más baja y una cubierta externa (103) (203) que rodea sustancialmente la cubierta interna (102) (202) con el mismo saborizante a una concentración aún más baja. También, se describen métodos para hacer dichas cápsulas de gradiente de sabor y productos oralmente agradables incorporando las mismas.
