Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a compuestos de fórmula general I, en donde los grupos R1, R2 y m se definen tal como en la reivindicación 1, que tienen propiedades farmacológicas valiosas, en particular se unen al receptor GPR40 y modulan su actividad. Los compuestos son apropiados para el tratamiento y prevención de enfermedades que pueden estar afectadas por este receptor, tal como enfermedades metabólicas, en particular diabetes tipo 2.
