Abstract
El presente modelo de utilidad se refiere al campo tecnológico de los dispositivos para la preparación de bebidas tal como se define en la clase A47J de la clasificación internacional de patentes (IPC). Problema a resolver: Normalmente, los dispositivos automáticos para la preparación de bebidas poseen un sensor óptico que, por cuestiones prácticas, está ubicado de la manera más sencilla y próxima a las cápsulas de almacenamiento de insumos de bebidas, y a veces dentro de la cavidad de alojamiento de las cápsulas de almacenamiento de insumos de bebidas. Este tipo de estructura genera que todo lo que ocurre en el interior de dicha cavidad de alojamiento interfiera con el sensor óptico. Solución al problema: Se da a conocer una nueva disposición constructiva introducida en el dispositivo para preparación de bebidas donde el sensor óptico está instalado en la mencionada superficie de contención de por lo menos un trecho de borde de las cápsulas de almacenamiento de insumos de bebidas, de manera que tenga que permanecer fuera de la cavidad de alojamiento de las cápsulas de almacenamiento de insumos de bebidas.This utility model refers to the technological field of beverage preparation devices as defined in class A47J of the international patent classification (IPC). Problem to solve: Normally, automatic devices for the preparation of drinks have an optical sensor that, for practical reasons, is located in the simplest way and close to the capsules for storing beverage supplies, and sometimes inside the cavity of accommodation of beverage supplies storage capsules. This type of structure causes that everything that happens inside said housing cavity interferes with the optical sensor. Solution to the problem: A new constructive arrangement introduced in the device for preparing beverages is disclosed where the optical sensor is installed in the aforementioned containment surface of at least one edge section of the beverage input storage capsules, so that it has to remain outside the housing cavity of the beverage input storage capsules.
