Abstract
La presente invención divulga un método de preparación para 2-mercaptobenzotiazol. Un método de anilina se adopta para llevar a cabo una reacción en presencia de un catalizador para preparar el 2-mercaptobenzotiazol, y el catalizador incluye un líquido iónico de imidazolio de tipo ácido sulfónico. El líquido iónico de imidazolio de tipo ácido sulfónico es un tipo de líquido iónico funcionalizado ácido y tiene las ventajas tanto de un ácido sólido como de un ácido líquido. El líquido iónico de imidazolio de tipo ácido sulfónico se adopta como un ingrediente activo del catalizador, y puede mejorar notablemente una tasa de conversión de las materias primas de reacción y aumentar el rendimiento del 2-mercaptobenzotiazol. De igual manera, debido a las características de alta actividad catalítica, sin volatilización, baja corrosión, alta estabilidad térmica y similares del 2-mercaptobenzotiazol, el método de preparación también tiene las ventajas integrales de ser un proceso simple, de bajo costo, de bajo contenido de alquitrán, altamente respetuoso con el medio ambiente y similares.
