The present invention relates to medicine. The present invention relates to development of antibodies or fragments thereof capable of specific binding to the human interleukin-6 receptor, which could be used as drugs for treating or diagnosing diseases or alleviating interleukin-6-mediated symptoms. The invention also relates to methods of producing said antibodies and a method of treating human diseases with using said antibodies.The present invention relates to medicine.
