Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un recipiente para el pre tratamiento hidrotérmico lignocelulósico mediante la combustión de biomasa; está invención comprende de un primer recipiente donde se colocará la biomasa de tipo lignocelulosica con agua que puede tener diferentes niveles de pH. Este primer recipiente se calentará mediante una llama directa proveniente de un o varios quemadores de biomasa dentro de este recipiente se produce la degradación de la pared lignocelulosa de la biomasa con el fin de liberar los azucares. Este primer cuerpo comprende un cuerpo cilíndrico que contiene un agitador con su respectivo propulsor de movimiento, además este cuerpo estaría dentro de otro cuerpo cilíndrico o de cualquier forma conformado por una capa de material refractario, una capa de acero, una capa de aislante térmico y finalmente una capa de revestimiento en acero al carbono. Este mismo cuerpo contará con el o los quemadores de biomasa, el o los sopladores de aire y su correspondiente salida de gases de escape.
