Abstract

Un sistema (100) para controlar una pluralidad de líneas (10), siendo cada línea (10) al menos una de una línea de producción y una línea de distribución, comprende: un primer subsistema (30), al que se hace referencia en lo sucesivo en el presente documento como "subsistema de sala maestra", que comprende un primer dispositivo de control (40) que aloja un servidor UA OPC (45); y, para cada línea (10), un segundo subsistema (50), al que se hace referencia en lo sucesivo en el presente documento como "subsistema de control de línea", que comprende: (a) un segundo dispositivo de control (60) en el que se está ejecutando un sistema operativo, alojando el segundo dispositivo de control (60) un cliente UA OPC (65); (b) al menos un dispositivo de campo (70); y (c) un dispositivo de conexión (80) dispuesto para permitir la comunicación entre el dispositivo o dispositivos de campo (70) y el segundo dispositivo de control (60). El dispositivo o dispositivos de campo (70) se conecta al segundo dispositivo de control (60) a través de una interfaz de comunicación digital punto a punto, teniendo el segundo dispositivo de control (60) un puerto por dispositivo de campo (70).
