Abstract

Artículo higiénico desechable que comprende una lámina superior permeable a líquidos, una lámina posterior impermeable a líquidos y un núcleo absorbente, aletas laterales flexibles colocadas sobre lados opuestos del núcleo absorbente para sujetar el artículo a una prenda de vestir y barreras laterales para líquidos colocadas substancialmente a lo largo de bordes longitudinales del núcleo absorbente. Las aletas laterales flexibles pueden comprender, cada una, al menos un estrato lateral que se asegura a la lámina superior por medio de una costura, dividiendo la costura al estrato lateral en una primera parte y una segunda parte, extendiéndose la primera parte desde la costura hacia el eje central longitudinal y extendiéndose la segunda parte desde la costura hacia el lado contrario a tal eje central longitudinal. Las primeras partes forman las barreras laterales para líquidos.
