Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un rollo sin núcleo de un producto de lámina absorbente tales como servilletas, papel higiénico, toallas, etc. hecho de una trama continua de material absorbente enrollada en espiral teniendo un primer extremo y un segundo extremo, en donde una composición de revestimiento que comprende un polímero específico y un agente aglutinante en una proporción en peso de polímero a agente aglutinante de al menos 92:8 se reviste sobre el segundo extremo. El rollo sin núcleo de la presente invención tiene excelente resistencia al colapso, así como excelente flexibilidad y elasticidad. Además, el rollo sin núcleo de la presente invención tiene excelente capacidad de desintegración en agua y puede usarse sobre su longitud completa. La presente invención también se refiere a un proceso para la fabricación del rollo sin núcleo.
