Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una composición polimérica degradable que comprende: un aditivo; opcionalmente del 30 al 80% en peso de carbonato de calcio en peso de la composición; y el resto un polímero que comprende una o más poliolefinas, en el que el aditivo comprende, por peso combinado del aditivo y el polímero: (a) dos o más compuestos de metales de transición en una cantidad total de 0.15 a 0.5% en peso, comprendiendo dichos compuestos 3% en peso o menos de volátiles; (b) un ácido carboxílico C14-C24 mono- o poli-insaturado, o un éster, anhídrido o amida del mismo, en una cantidad de 0-04 a 0.16% en peso; (c) un caucho sintético en una cantidad de 0.04 a 0.2% en peso, donde el caucho está libre de haluros y bisfenol A; (d) un estabilizador antioxidante fenólico y/o de fosfito en una cantidad de 0.01 a 0.2% en peso; y, opcionalmente: (e) almidón seco en una cantidad de 0 a 10% en peso; y/o (f) óxido de calcio en una cantidad de 0 a 1% en peso; y/o donde los dos o más compuestos de metales de transición son seleccionados de compuestos de hierro, manganeso, cobre, zinc, titanio, cobalto y cerio y donde los metales de transición en los dos o más compuestos de metales de transición son diferentesThe present invention provides a degradable polymeric composition comprising: an additive; optionally from 30 to 80% by weight of calcium carbonate by weight of the composition; and the remainder a polymer comprising one or more polyolefins, wherein the additive comprises, by combined weight of the additive and the polymer: (a) two or more transition metal compounds in a total amount of 0.15 to 0.5% by weight , said compounds comprising 3% by weight or less of volatiles; (b) a C14-C24 mono- or polyunsaturated carboxylic acid, or an ester, anhydride or amide thereof, in an amount of 0-04 to 0.16% by weight; (c) a synthetic rubber in an amount of 0.04 to 0.2% by weight, where the rubber is free of halides and bisphenol A; (d) a phenolic and/or phosphite antioxidant stabilizer in an amount of 0.01 to 0.2% by weight; and, optionally: (e) dry starch in an amount of 0 to 10% by weight; and/or (f) calcium oxide in an amount of 0 to 1% by weight; and/or where the two or more transition metal compounds are selected from compounds of iron, manganese, copper, zinc, titanium, cobalt and cerium and where the transition metals in the two or more transition metal compounds are different
