Abstract
Mejoras en aparatos para la fabricación de tanques monolíticos y similares, del tipo que utilizan materiales sustancialmente líquidos o pastosos, tales como fibrocemento y similares, y constituídos por un molde axialmente giratorio hueco que tiene una forma compatible con la pieza a moldear, cuyas paredes llevan una pluralidad de orificios pasantes en tanto que el interior del molde se encuentra en comunicación con un dispositivo productor de vacío que, en operación, genera succión a través de los mencionados orificios; llevando dicho aparato un rodillo prensador lateral cuya configuración es también compatible con la configuración externa de la pieza a moldear y distanciado de las paredes del molde en una cantidad igual al espesosr previsto para dicha pieza; en tanto que un rodillo cónico determina el fondo de la pieza y un rodillo cóncavo determina la transición curva entre dicho fondo y las paredes laterales de la misma, caracterizadas porque comprenden al menos un rodillo compactador complementario ubicable en la zona prevista de mayor espesor de la pared de la pieza, y cuya configuración se corresponde con aquella de dicha zona.Improvements in apparatus for manufacturing monolithic tanks and the like, of the type using substantially liquid or pasty materials, such as fiber cement and the like, and consisting of a hollow axially rotatable mold having a shape compatible with the part to be molded, the walls of which bear a plurality of through holes while the interior of the mold is in communication with a vacuum producing device that, in operation, generates suction through said holes; said apparatus carrying a lateral pressing roller whose configuration is also compatible with the external configuration of the part to be molded and spaced from the walls of the mold in an amount equal to the thickness provided for said part; while a conical roller determines the bottom of the piece and a concave roller determines the curved transition between said bottom and its side walls, characterized in that they comprise at least one complementary compacting roller that can be located in the area with the greatest thickness of the wall of the piece, and whose configuration corresponds to that of said area.
