Abstract

Consiste en una composición de un aditivo para fluidos de perforación a base de agua; comprende un compuesto polioxialcalino soluble en agua, seleccionado de glicoles polioxialcalinos, éteres monoalcalinos de glicoles polioxialcalinos y mezclas de estos, que tengan un punto de nebulización dentro del rango de aproximadamente 60°F a unos 180°F, en combinación con un asfalto particular que pueda dispersarse en el agua, que tenga un punto de reblandecimiento ASTM D-36 de al menos 290°F, una profundidad de penetración ASTM D-5 que no exceda más de unos 10 mm. y un tamaño particular que no exceda más de un 10% de retención en una criba U.S. de malla 40.
