Abstract

Sometiendo los componentes lignocelulósicos recubiertos con una solución de resina fenólica resol acuosa alcalina, al dioxido de carbono, se inhibe la sobre-penetración de la resina, y se mejora la resistencia del pegado cuando los componentes recubiertos se calientan para curar la resina por aplicación de vapor de agua y presión, en la preparación de paneles estructurales. También, poniendo en contacto con el dioxido de carbono los componentes lignocelulósicos recubiertos con la resina de alta humedad, se acelera la velocidad del curado y se mejora la resistencia del pegado de los paneles curados bajo presión y calor
