Abstract
El invento consiste en un sistema para embalaje de plátanos y otros productos similares, esencialmente caracterizado porque tras el lavado y tratamiento del producto se procede a la fragmentación de la piña o racimo en manojos con un reducido número de unidades en cada uno y donde dichas unidades se mantienen unidas a través del muñón consistente en una parte del vegetal que conformaba el tronco de la piña, habiéndose previsto que seguidamente cada uno de estos manojos sea dotado de una envolvente, de un material apropiado, preferentemente cartón ondulado, con la que se establece un cuerpo tubular abierto por sus extremos, en correspondencia con los extremos de los plátanos, procediéndose seguidamente a la implantación de dichos manojos en el seno de una caja, en disposición acusadamente inclinada para la misma, de manera que los muñones de los diferentes manojos con su envolvente queden orientados hacia el fondo de la caja y perfectamente adaptados lateralmente entre sí hasta la total ocupación de dicha caja, a término de la cual los plátanos quedan inmovilizados, cuando la caja recupera su posición normal, por perfecto acoplamiento lateral entre los diferentes manojos, procediéndose seguidamente al cierre de la caja con la correspondiente tapa, con la especial particularidad de que dicha tapa descansa sobre el extremo de los cuerpos tubulares definidos por las envolventes, actuando éstas últimas como columnas de rigidización para el embalaje que potencian la capacidad de apilamiento para las cajas sin riesgo de deterioro para las mismas.The invention consists of a system for packing bananas and other similar products, essentially characterized in that after washing and treating the product, the pineapple or bunch is fragmented into bunches with a reduced number of units in each and where said units they are held together through the stump consisting of a part of the vegetable that made up the trunk of the pineapple, having provided that each of these bundles is subsequently provided with an envelope, of an appropriate material, preferably corrugated cardboard, with which it is established a tubular body open at its ends, in correspondence with the ends of the bananas, then proceeding to the implantation of said bundles in a box, in a sharply inclined arrangement for it, so that the stumps of the different bundles with their casing are oriented towards the bottom of the box and perfectly adapted laterally to each other until the total occupation of said box, at the end of which the bananas are immobilized, when the box recovers its normal position, by perfect lateral coupling between the different bundles, proceeding then to close the box with the corresponding cover, with the special particularity that said cover rests on the end of the tubular bodies defined by the casings, the latter acting as stiffening columns for the packaging that enhance the stacking capacity for the boxes without risk of deterioration for them.
