Abstract
Un método de revestimiento de la superficie interna de un envase sensible a temperatura que comprende las etapas de: - Ubicar el envase en un recinto cerrado evacuado, - Colocar un vaporizador que contenga un material inorgánico interno de una constitución predeterminada dentro del envase, - Generar un vapor de dicho material, - Formar un plasma de dicho vapor, y, Depositar un revestimiento relativamente delgado de dicho material sobre un área predeterminada de una superficie interior de dicho envase con lo que, la alta temperatura de las partículas de dicho revestimiento penetran en dicha superficie debido a su energía calórica mientras no producen aumento general la temperatura superficial debido al bajo caudal de masa.A method of coating the internal surface of a temperature-sensitive container comprising the steps of: - locating the container in an evacuated enclosure, - placing a vaporizer containing an internal inorganic material of a predetermined constitution within the container, - generating a vapor of said material, - Forming a plasma of said vapor, and, Depositing a relatively thin coating of said material on a predetermined area of an inner surface of said container whereby, the high temperature of the particles of said coating penetrate into said surface due to its caloric energy while not producing a general increase in surface temperature due to the low mass flow.
