Abstract
El invento se refiere a un agente antifúngico de fórmula: (gráfico), o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, en la que Ar es un grupo fenilo sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados cada uno de ellos independientemente entre halo y CF3 y X es un grupo de fórmulas (gráfico), en la que Z es H o F y Het es un grupo heterociclico aromático de 5 miembros que contienen nitrógeno y opcionalmente contiene un tomo de oxígeno o azufre y está enlazado al grupo fenilo, piridilo o pirimidinilo por un tomo de carbono o nitrógeno y opcionalmente está sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados cada uno de ellos independientemente entre halo, alquilo C1-4 (alcoxi C1-4) metilo, 2-(alcoxi C1-4) etoximetilo, 2-hidroxietoximetilo, cianometilo, NR1R2 o CH2 CONR1 R2, donde R1 y R2 son cada uno de ellos independientemente H o alquilo C1-4; feniltio o fenil-alquilo C1-2 en ambos de los cuales el grupo fenilo citado está opcionalmente sustituido con halo, trifluorometilo o alquilo, C1-4; NHCO-alquilo C1-4, NHSO2-alquilo C1-4, NHCONR1R2 donde R1 y R2 son los definidos antes mercapto y S(O)n-alquilo C1-4, donde n es 0,1 o 2.The invention relates to an antifungal agent of the formula: (graphic), or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, in which Ar is a phenyl group substituted with 1 to 3 substituents each independently selected from halo and CF3 and X is a group of formulas (graph), where Z is H or F and Het is a nitrogen-containing 5-membered aromatic heterocyclic group and optionally contains an oxygen or sulfur atom and is linked to the phenyl, pyridyl or pyrimidinyl group by a carbon or nitrogen atom and optionally substituted with 1 to 3 substituents each independently selected from halo, C1-4alkyl (C1-4alkoxy) methyl, 2- (C1-4alkoxy) ethoxymethyl, 2-hydroxyethoxymethyl, cyanomethyl , NR1R2 or CH2 CONR1 R2, where R1 and R2 are each independently H or C1-4 alkyl; phenylthio or phenyl-C1-2-alkyl in both of which the said phenyl group is optionally substituted with halo, trifluoromethyl or C1-4-alkyl; NHCO-C1-4alkyl, NHSO2-C1-4alkyl, NHCONR1R2 where R1 and R2 are as defined above mercapto and S (O) n-C1-4alkyl, where n is 0.1 or 2.
