Abstract
Proceso para la manufactura de fideos, en el cual se prepara una mezcla de sémola o harina de cereal y agua en una amasadora de tornillos gemelos, la mezcla es convertida en una cinta de pasta para lo cual se la presiona obligándola a pasar a travás de una matriz provista con un orificio de salida oblongo, la cinta es laminada y es cortada en forma de fideos.
