Nuevos derivados fluorados de la vitamina D3 de fórmula (gráfico), en donde X es (H:H) ó =CH2; R1 y R2, son independientemente entre sí hidrógeno, alquilo o fluoroalquilo de 1 a 4 de carbono ó R1 y R2 juntamente con el carbono 20 forman un cicloalquilo o ciclofluoroalquilo de 3 a 6 tomos de carbono, ó R1 y R2 juntos forman =CH; R3 y R4 son independientemente entre si, un alquilo o fluoroalquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, ó R3 y R4 juntamente con el carbono 25 forman un cicloalquilo o ciclofuoroalquilo de 3 a 9 átomos de carbono; A es un enlace simple o un doble enlace; y B es un doble enlace o un enlace triple; excepto; cuando X es =CH2, R3 y R4 son cada uno CF3.
