Abstract
Derivados de I -carba-(detia)-cefalosporina de fórmula general I (gráfico), en donde R1 es hidrógeno alquilo inferior opcionalmente sustituído con flúor, aralquilo, cicloalquilo, -CcOR4 ó -C(R5 R6) CO2R7 -C(R5R6 CO2R7: en donde R5 y R6 son cada uno independientemente entre si, hidrógeno o alquilo inferior ó R5 y R6 tomados conjuntamente forman un grupo cicloalquilo; R4 es hidrógeno o alquilo inferior y R7 es hidrógeno, alquilo inferior, alquenilo inferior o un grupo protector de ácido carboxílico; R2 es hidrógeno, hidroxilo, Q-alquilo inferior, cicloalquilo, alquinilo inferior, Qm-aralquilo, Qm-arilo, ariloxido, aralcoxilo, un anillo heterociclico o heterociclilo alquilo inferior, alquilo inferiro, cicloalquil, alcoxilo inferior, alquenilo inferior, cicloalqluenilo, alquinilo inferior, aralquilo, arilo, ariloxilo, aralcoxilo estando el anillo heterocíclico sin sustituir o sustituido con por lo menos un grupo seleccionado entre carboxilo, amino, nitro, ciano, alquilo inferior sustituido opcionalmente con flúor, alcoxilo inferior, hidroxilo, halógeno, -COR6 ó -C(R5 R6)CO2R7 -C(R5 R6) CONR5R3, -CONR5R6, -N(R6)COOR10 R6 OCO- ó R6 COO-, en donde R5 y R6 son hidrógeno o alquilo inferior, R7 es hidrógeno, alquilo inferior, alquenilo inferior, o un grupo protector de ácido carboxílico; R8 es hidrógeno, alquilo inferior o fenilo opcionalmente sustituido; R10 es alquilo inferior, alquenilo inferior o un grupo de protección de ácido carboxílico; Q es -CH-; -CO- ó -SO2- R es hidrógeno o alquilo inferior R3 es hidroxilo, -O-, alcoxilo inferior, -OM y M representan un metal alcalino; m es 0 ó 1; n es 0,1 ó 2; X es CH ó N así como esteres de los mismos fácilmente hidroxilizables, sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de dichos compuestos e hidratos de los compuestos de la fórmula I y de sus ésteres y sales.Derivatives of I -carba- (detia) -cephalosporin of general formula I (graph), wherein R1 is hydrogen lower alkyl optionally substituted with fluorine, aralkyl, cycloalkyl, -CcOR4 or -C (R5 R6) CO2R7 -C (R5R6 CO2R7 : wherein R5 and R6 are each independently of each other, hydrogen or lower alkyl or R5 and R6 taken together form a cycloalkyl group; R4 is hydrogen or lower alkyl and R7 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl or an acid protecting group carboxylic; R2 is hydrogen, hydroxy, Q-lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, lower alkynyl, Qm-aralkyl, Qm-aryl, aryloxide, aralkoxy, a heterocyclic or heterocyclyl ring, lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkenyl, cycloalkylnyl , lower alkynyl, aralkyl, aryl, aryloxy, aralkoxy with the heterocyclic ring being unsubstituted or substituted with at least one group selected from carboxyl, amino, nitro, cyano, lower alkyl ior optionally substituted with fluorine, lower alkoxy, hydroxyl, halogen, -COR6 or -C (R5 R6) CO2R7 -C (R5 R6) CONR5R3, -CONR5R6, -N (R6) COOR10 R6 OCO-, or R6 COO-, where R5 and R6 are hydrogen or lower alkyl, R7 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, or a carboxylic acid protecting group; R8 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or optionally substituted phenyl; R10 is lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, or a carboxylic acid protecting group; Q is -CH-; -CO- or -SO2- R is hydrogen or lower alkyl R3 is hydroxyl, -O-, lower alkoxy, -OM and M represent an alkali metal; m is 0 or 1; n is 0.1 or 2; X is CH or N as well as easily hydroxylabile esters thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said compounds and hydrates of the compounds of formula I and their esters and salts.
