Abstract
El invento se refiere a un compuesto de fórmula I (gráfico), en donde X significa -o-, NH-, -CH2-, -CH=, -CHOH-, -CO-, -S-, -SO-, ó -SO2-; R1-R4 son independientemente la una con respecto a la otra, hidrógeno, hidroxi, alquilo inferior-sufonilamino, 1 ó 2 -imidazoílo o acetamido; R5-R8 son independientemente la una con respecto a la otra, hidrógeno, hidroxi, alquilo inferior, halógeno, alcoxi inferior, trifluormetido o trifluormetiloxi; a y b pueden ser un enlace doble, con la condición de que, cuando "a" sea una enlace doble, "b" no puede ser un enlace doble; n es 0-2; m es 1-3; p es 0 ó 1 y a sales de ésta, aceptable desde el punto de vista farmacéutico. Los compuestos de la presente invención, son bloqueantes selectivos del subtipo receptor de NMDA (N-metil-D-aspartato), los cuales se pueden utilizar en procesos mediadores subordinados al desarrollo de la CNS, incluyendo la función del aprendisaje y formación de memoria.The invention relates to a compound of formula I (graph), where X means -o-, NH-, -CH2-, -CH =, -CHOH-, -CO-, -S-, -SO-, or -SO2-; R1-R4 are independently from each other, hydrogen, hydroxy, lower alkyl-sufonylamino, 1 or 2 -imidazoyl or acetamido; R5-R8 are independently from each other, hydrogen, hydroxy, lower alkyl, halogen, lower alkoxy, trifluoromethyl or trifluoromethyloxy; a and b can be a double bond, provided that when "a" is a double bond, "b" cannot be a double bond; n is 0-2; m is 1-3; p is 0 or 1 and to salts thereof, acceptable from the pharmaceutical point of view. The compounds of the present invention are selective blockers of the NMDA receptor subtype (N-methyl-D-aspartate), which can be used in mediating processes subordinated to the development of CNS, including the function of learning and memory formation.
