Abstract
Nuevo producto farmacéutico hidrocloruro de N-[3-[[2-(e,4-dimetoxifenil)etil]amino]propil]-4-nitrobenzamida, caracterizado porque: (i) contiene agua en la proporción de 1,7 a 2,4 equivalentes molares; y/o (ii) tiene un punto de fusión superior a 145oC y/o (iii) da un espectro infrarrojo que contiene picos a 3510, 3342, 3076, 1665, 1598, 1343, 1330, 1216 y 801 cm-1: y/o (iv) da un espectro de resonancia magnética nuclear en estado sólido que contiene desplazamientos químicos como se representa sustancialmente en la tabla I; y/o (v) da un patrón de disfracción en polvo de rayos X (XRPD) sustancialmente como se representa en la tabla II; un procedimiento para preparar dicho compuesto, una composición farmacéutica que comprende dicho compuesto, y el uso de dicho compuesto en medicina.New pharmaceutical product N- [3 - [[2- (e, 4-dimethoxyphenyl) ethyl] amino] propyl] -4-nitrobenzamide, characterized in that: (i) contains water in the proportion of 1.7 to 2, 4 molar equivalents; and / or (ii) has a melting point higher than 145oC and / or (iii) gives an infrared spectrum containing peaks at 3510, 3342, 3076, 1665, 1598, 1343, 1330, 1216 and 801 cm-1: and / or (iv) gives a solid state nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum containing chemical shifts as substantially represented in Table I; and / or (v) gives an X-ray powder scattering pattern (XRPD) substantially as depicted in Table II; a procedure for preparing said compound, a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound, and the use of said compound in medicine.
