Abstract
La invención se refiere a un material de revestimiento para áreas de irradiación para la generación de ondas electromagnéticas y también se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de dicho material. El material de revestimiento consiste en un agente ligante, un agente de aislación, un agente de dispersión agua y grafito, que son mezclados todos conjuntamente. De acuerdo con la invención, el material de revestimiento está compuesto de 55 a 65% de la totalidad de componentes, por grafito, consistiendo el agente ligante en: agua destilada, aceite sulfatado, fenoles o benzisotiazolinona, caseína, úrea, gente de dilución alcalino y caprolactama. En el procedimiento de acuerdo con la invención para la preparación de este material de revestimiento, en un primer paso del procedimiento se prepara el agente ligante, seguidamente, en un segundo paso del procedimiento, se prepara la sustancia fundamental y seguidamente en un tercer paso del procedimiento se procede a mezclar la sustancia fundamental con el grafito. Con ello se obtiene un material de revestimiento que presenta una pluralidad de dipolos que son formados por el grafito, el agente de aislación y el agente ligante, y que en estado de excitación emiten ondas electromagnéticas con un elevado grado de irradiación.The invention relates to a coating material for irradiation areas for the generation of electromagnetic waves and also relates to a process for the preparation of said material. In the process according to the invention for the preparation of this coating material, in a first step of the process the binding agent is prepared, then, in a second step of the process, the fundamental substance is prepared and then in a third step of the procedure, the fundamental substance is mixed with the graphite. With this, a coating material is obtained that has a plurality of dipoles that are formed by graphite, the insulating agent and the binding agent, and that in excited state emit electromagnetic waves with a high degree of irradiation.
