Abstract
El invento descubre un proceso para la producción de monoglicéridos por glicerolisis de ester metilo derivados de grasa y aceites animales y vegetales los cuales incluyen mezclando un excedente de 0.1 a 3 moles de glicerol en relación al ester metilo, sometido a la mezcla de reacción para una temperatura de acción entre 130 a 160 en un vacio de 200 a 400 m bar, añadiendo catalizadores alcalinos, deteniendo la reacción por efriamiento rápido de la mezcla de rezcción y la destrucción del catalizador alcalino cuando la cantidad de glicéridos ha alcanzado una concentración de mono y diglicéridos de 10 a 60%, dejando el catalizador en la mezcla de rezzción para catalizar la reacción de agua en un reactor separando el excedente de ester metilo y glicerol por destilación deteniendo la reacción por enfriamiento rápido de la mezcla de reacción con reactor y la destrucción del catalizador alcalino cuando la cantidad de glicéridos ha alcanzado una concentración de 40 a 60% y el radio de concentraciones de mono y diglicéridas ya se entre 3 a 10.The invention discloses a process for the production of monoglycerides by glycerolysis of methyl ester derived from fat and animal and vegetable oils which include mixing a surplus of 0.1 to 3 moles of glycerol in relation to the methyl ester, subjected to the reaction mixture for a action temperature between 130 to 160 in a vacuum of 200 to 400 m bar, adding alkaline catalysts, stopping the reaction by rapid cooling of the mixing mixture and the destruction of the alkaline catalyst when the amount of glycerides has reached a concentration of mono and diglycerides from 10 to 60%, leaving the catalyst in the mixture to catalyze the reaction of water in a reactor separating the excess of methyl ester and glycerol by distillation stopping the reaction by rapid cooling of the reaction mixture with reactor and the destruction of the alkaline catalyst when the amount of glycerides has reached a concentration of 40 to 60% and the radius of mono and diglyceride concentrations is already between 3 to 10.
