Abstract
Esta invención se refiere a combinaciones farmacéuticas de amlopidino o una sal de adición de ácidos farmacéuticamente aceptables de las mismas, estuches que contienen tales combinaciones y procedimientos de uso de tales combinaciones para tratar sujetos que padecen angina de pecho, asteroclerosis hipertensión e hiperlipidemia combinadas y para tratar sujetos que presentan síntomas de riesgo cardiaco incluyendo humanos. Esta invención también se refiere a combinaciones aditivas y sinégicas de amlodipino o una sal de adición de ácidos farmacéuticamente aceptables de las mismas siendo estas combinaciones aditivas y sinérgicas útiles en el tratamiento de sujetos que padezcan angina de pecho, aterosclerosis, hipertensión e hiperlipidemia combinadas y de aquellos sujetos que presentan sintomas de riesgo cardiaco, incluendo humanos.This invention relates to pharmaceutical combinations of amlopidine or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, kits containing such combinations, and methods of using such combinations to treat subjects suffering from angina pectoris, asteroclerosis, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia combined and for treating subjects presenting cardiac risk symptoms including humans. This invention also relates to additive and synergistic combinations of amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, these additive and synergistic combinations being useful in the treatment of subjects suffering from angina, atherosclerosis, hypertension and hyperlipidemia combined and those subjects who present symptoms of cardiac risk, including humans.
