Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a derivados de cefalosporina de fórmula general: (gráfico), en los que R es R4-Y3-(CR5R6)m-o R1, R2 son cada uno independientemente hidrógeno o alquilo inferior; R3 es hidrógeno, hidroxi-alquilo inferior o carbamoil-metilo; Z es fenileno, heterociclileno o naftileno; R4 es halógeno, fenilo, bencilo, naftilo o heterociclilo, estando opcionalmente sustituidos el fenilo, bencilo, naftilo o heterociclilo por al menos uno de halógeno, hidroxi, alquilo inferior opcionalmente sustituido, alcoxi inferior, amino, alquilamino inferior, di-alquilo-inferior-amino, carboxi, alcoxilo-inferior-carbonilo o carbamoilo; Q es S o CH2; Y es S, O, NH o CH2; m es 0 ó 1; s es 0 ó 1; R5, R6 son cada uno independientemente hidrógeno o alquilo inferior; X es CR8 o N; R7 es hidrógeno, alquilo inferior, cicloalquilo inferior, formilo, acetilo o pivaloilo; R8 es hidrógeno o halógeno; y ésteres directamente hidrolizables de los mismos, sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de dichos compuestos e hidratos de los compuestos de fórmula I y de sus ésteres y sales. The invention further relates to the manufacture of compounds of formula I, to their use as pharmaceutically active substances, in particular for the treatment and prophylaxis of infectious diseases, and to pharmaceutical preparations containing a compound of formula I for the treatment and prophylaxis of diseases infectious.
