Abstract
Leiutis käsitleb isoleeritud mikroorganismi tüve Lactobacillus brevis TAK 124-1 NCIMB42149, mida kasutatakse sööda aeroobse stabiilsuse tagamiseks ja fermenteerimise parandamiseks, söödas piimhappe ja äädikhappe kontsentratsiooni suurendamiseks, pH alandamiseks ja seeläbi söödas toitainete kadude vähendamiseks. Mikroorganismi kasutamine sileerimisel pärsib patogeensete mikroobide (klostriidide ja enteropatogeenide) ning pärm- ja hallitusseente toimet. Mikroorganismi sisaldav söödalisand pikendab sööda säilimisaega.
