Claims (5)

1. Fermeture de bord de toit, notamment pour des toits en terrasse comportant un bord de toit (4) surélevé, sur lequel est tendue une étanchéité de toit, (3), ainsi qu'une partie profilée (6) élastique à section en forme de U, bloquée sur le bord de toit (4) et dont les branches (11, 13) dirigées vers le bas s'accrochent d'une part sur la surface de paroi ou de revêtement paroi (2) et d'autre part, sur l'étanchéité de toit (3) tendue vers le haut, caractérisée en ce que sur le bord de toit (4) est fixée une pièce rainurée (5) en forme de barre, en ce que la partie profilée (6) est formée d'une matière plastique élastique, en ce que les deux branches (11, 13) du profilé en U sont précontraintes vers l'intérieur et en ce que l'âme reliant les branches (11, 13) comportent, sur le côté intérieur, un pied d'ancrage (7) qui est bloqué dans une rainure 9 ménagée sur le côté supérieur de la pièce rainurée (5).
2. Fermeture de bord de toit selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu extérieurement des lèvres de blocage (8) sur le pied d'ancrage (7).
3. Fermeture de bord de toit selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que des lèvres d'étanchéité (12, 14) sont placées sur les côtés intérieurs des branches (11, 13) du U.
4. Fermeture de bord de toit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que toute la partie profilée (6) est réalisée en élastomère, qui est de préférence un caoutchouc d'éthylène- propylène non saturé, vulcanisable et contenant comme composant tertiaire un diène.
5. Fermeture de bord de toit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une branche (11) du U est plus longue que l'autre branche (13).
