Le recipient presente un couvercle etanche aux fluides muni de protuberances (22, 22a) pour sa prehension et sur sa surface interieure une couche de bandes ou analogue (6) pour le test par virage de couleur, les parois du recipient etant transparentes pour permettre la vision des bandes.
