Abstract

Un tableau comprenant une tôle métallique plane (1) présentant sur sa face avant (R) une couche extérieure en matière plastique, ladite tôle ayant deux bords opposés (2, 3) repliés du côté de la face arrière, et une plaque semi-rigide en matière légère (4), disposée contre la face arrière de la tôle et maintenue entre les deux bords repliés. Les bords repliés peuvent être réalisés de telle sorte qu'en juxtaposant plusieurs tableaux selon l'invention suivant leurs bords repliés, ces bords repliés se recouvrent (12) et permettent leur fixation entre eux.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne un tableau d'écriture et/ou d'affichage,de réalisation simple ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'un tel tableau.
  • L'invention est basée sur l'utilisation d'une mince tôle d'acier recouverte sur une face d'une pellicule extérieure de matière plastique, par exemple du chlorure de polyvinyle.
  • Le tableau d'écriture et/ou d'affichage est réalisé selon l'invention en repliant deux bords opposés d'une tôle métallique plane ainsi préparée, du côté de sa face arrière,c'est-à-dire du côté de la face opposée à celle qui est préparée, et en disposant une plaque semi-rigide en matière légère contre ladite face arrière, cette plaque étant maintenue entre les deux bords repliés. Des longerons ou profilés peuvent être ajoutés pour recouvrir les bords non repliés.
  • Les bords repliés peuvent être réalisés de telle sorte qu'en juxtaposant plusieurs tableaux selon l'invention suivant leurs bords repliés, ces bords repliés se recouvrent et permettent leur fixation entre eux.
  • L'invention est exposée plus en détail dans ce qui suit avec référence aux dessins joints sur lesquels:
    • - les figures 1 à 4 illustrent les phases successives de la réalisation du tableau selon l'invention;
    • - les figures 5 et 6 sont des vues, respectivement en coupe transversale et en perspective, d'une variante de forme d'exécution selon l'invention.
  • Pour réaliser un tableau selon l'invention, on part d'une tôle plane 1 (figure 1) ayant une face R recouverte d'une pellicule extérieure de matière plastique donnant la coloration désirée et permettant l'écriture à la craie usuelle, à la craie à la cire ou à composants gras, aux marqueurs effaçables à l'eau ou à l'alcool. Cette face sera appelée face avant et la '. face opposée sera appelée face arrière. Deux côtés opposés AB, CD de la tôle 1 sont alors pliés en L ou en U du côté de la face arrière.La figure 2 montre un exemple dans lequel les bords sont pliés en U, formant ainsi deux gorges 2 et 3. Contre la face arrière de la tôle 1 et maintenue par les gorges 2 et 3 est ensuite adaptée une plaque semi-rigide 4 en matière légère, de préférence une matière isolante acoustique, par exemple du polystyrène expansé (figure 3). Cette plaque 4 évite la résonance du bruit de contact sur la face R et assure le maintien de la planéité de la surface d'écriture.
  • Les bords non repliés AC, BD peuvent être recouverts d'un longeron ou profilé 5 en matière quelconque, fixé par un moyen connu quelconque, par exemple par des vis 6 (figure 4). Est ainsi réalisé de façon très simple un tableau 10 à là fois pratique et élégant, pouvant servir aussi bien de surface d'écriture que de plan d'affichage au moyen d'aimants.
  • Plusieurs tableaux suivant l'invention.peuvent aisément être juxtaposés et réunis pour former une grande surface d'écriture et/ou d'affichage à la fois pratique et décorative. Les figures 5 et 6 illustrent un exemple de mode d'exécution comportant trois tableaux 10 juxtaposés. Les bords jointifs 11 des tableaux adjacents sont repliés en sorte de se recouvrir. Les plats extérieurs 12 des plis sont fixés entre eux par un moyen quelconque : collage, vissage, popage ou autre. Il est ainsi possible de réaliser une grande surface avec des jointures à peine visibles. Ce système permet de combiner ou d'alterner de façon esthétique des surfaces d'écriture et/ou d'affichage de teintes variées avec des panneaux décoratifs.

Claims (3)

1. Tableau d'écriture et/ou d'affichage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une tôle métallique plane (1) présentant sur sa face avant (R) une couche extérieure en matière plastique, ladite tôle ayant deux bords opposés (2,3) repliés du côté de la face arrière, et une plaque semi-rigide en matière légère (4), disposée contre la face arrière de la tôle et maintenue entre les deux bords repliés (2,3).
2. Tableau selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les bords non repliés sont recouverts par un longeron (5) ou un profilé en matière quelconque.
3. Tableau d'écriture et/ou d'affichage comprenant plusieurs tableaux (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les bords jointifs (11,12) des tableaux adjacents sont repliés en sorte de se recouvrir.
