Claims (4)

1. Survitrage rapporté (10) avec un châssis de base (11) constitué de tronçons de profilés extrudés et de raccords d'angle (20), avec un châssis de battant (12) également constitué de tronçons de profilés extrudés et de raccords d'angle (20), dont les tronçons de profilés présentent dans un plan commun, pour recevoir une vitre (14), une rainure ouverte vers le côté intérieur du châssis de battant dirigé vers l'ouverture de vue, avec des charnières (13) sur un côté du châssis pour l'assemblage pivotant du châssis de battant avec le châssis de base, avec des éléments d'enclenchement sur les deux châssis et avec un élément d'étanchéité (15) en forme de bande ayant l'élasticité du caoutchouc disposé sur le châssis de battant pour assurer l'étanchéité entre le châssis de base et le châssis de battant, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie profilée (46) en saillie en forme de nervure se trouve sur le châssis de battant (12) en un emplacement éloigné du côté extérieur, du côté dirigé vers le châssis de base (11), d'au moins la longueur de branche des charnières (13) à un seul axe disposées à l'intérieur des lignes de contour de la survitrage rapportée, partie qui comporte, sur son côté dirigé vers le côté intérieur du châssis de battant (12), un élément d'enclenchement en forme de bourrelet (48) et/ou d'encoche, en ce qu'une partie profilée (18) dirigée vers l'intérieur à côté de la partie profilée (46) en forme de nervure lorsque le châssis de battant (12) est fermé se trouve sur le châssis de base (11), cette partie comportant, sur son côté dirigé vers la partie profilée (43) en forme de nervure, également un élément d'enclenchement en forme de bourrelet (24) et/ou d'encoche, en ce que les éléments d'enclenchement (48, 24) du châssis de battant (12) et du châssis de base (11) sont accordés l'un à l'autre dans leur agencement et leur disposition de manière à venir en prise mutuelle pour le sens d'ouverture lorsque le châssis de battant (12) est formé, et en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (15) s'applique au moins partiellement sur la partie profilée (46) en forme de nervure du côté situé à l'opposé de l'élément d'enclenchement (48) et présente une forme de section qui, normalement au plan des châssis, est au moins aussi grande ou légèrement supérieure à la distance libre entre les parties profilées (37, 26) situées à l'extérieur de la partie profilée (46) en forme de nervure et dirigées l'une vers l'autre sur le châssis de battant (12) et sur le châssis de base (11).

Survitrage rapporté selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie profilée (46) en forme de nervure du châssis de battant (12) présente, entre son élément d'enclenchement (48) et la partie profilée restante du châssis de battant (43), une forme de section élancée élastique en flexion.

Survitrage rapporté selon la revendication 1, 2, caractérisé en ce que sur la partie profilée (46) en forme de nervure se trouve une surface de rampe s'étendant depuis l'élément d'enclenchement (48) jusqu'à son extrémité libre, au moins approximativement, cette surface étant réalisée de préférence sous forme de surface cylindrique (49) et étant, suivant la branche (34) du châssis de battant (12) assemblée avec les charnières (13), à l'extrémité de la partie profilée (46) en forme de nervure, à une distance de l'axe de pivotement des charnières (13), inférieure à la distance entre l'axe de pivotement des charnières (13) et le côté extérieur, dirigé vers elles, de l'élément d'enclenchement (24) de la paroi (23) du châssis de base (11).
4. Survitrage rapporté selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la forme de section de l'élément d'étanchéité (15) s'étend, lorsque le châssis de battant (12) est fermé, jusqu'à une paroi latérale (27) du châssis de base (11) éloignée de la partie profilée (46) en forme de nervure.
