Abstract

Bei einem Sitzmöbel besteht die an einer Tragschale (2) angebrachte Polsterung aus einem Schaumstoffpolsterkörper (5), einem Bezug (7) und einem Keder (6), z. B. einem C-Profilstreifen, zur Einspannung des Bezuges am Schalenrand (4). Zur Erzielung einer raschen, auch von einem Nichtfachmann ausführbaren Auswechselbarkeit des Bezuges (7) oder Polsterkörpers (5) ist vorgesehen, daß der Keder (6) an seinen Außenflächen in dem Schaumstoffpolsterkörper (5) fest eingebettet ist, so daß der Keder (6) und der Polsterkörper (5) als einheitliches Bauteil unter Einspannung des Bezuges (7) auf den Schalenrand (4) aufgedrückt werden können.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sitzmöbel mit an einer Tragschale angebrachter Polsterung, welche aus einem Schaumstoffpolsterkörper, einem Bezug und einem Keder zur Einspannung des Be - zuges am Schalenrand besteht.
  • Bei den bekannten derartigen Tragschalen für das Sitz- und ggfs. auch Lehnenpolster aufweisenden Sitzmöbeln wird der Schaumstoffpolsterkörper auf die Tragschale aufgelegt, danach der Bezug über den Polsterkörper und den Tragschalenrand herumgezogen, wonach der Bezug zusammen mit dem Schalenrand mittels eines umlaufenden Keders, d. h. im allgemeinen mittels eines U-Profilstreifens, zusammengeklemmt werden. Die dabei auszuführenden Montagearbeiten sind jedoch verhältnismäßig kompliziert und im allgemeinen nur von der Herstellfirma bzw. einem Polsterer ausführbar. Bei einer Beschädigung des Bezuges, des Schaumstoffkörpers oder auch nur des Keders ist der Kunde im allgemeinen nicht mehr in der Lage, die Polsterung auszuwechseln, selbst wenn ihm die Teile einer neuen Polsterung von der Herstellfirma zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Polsterung des gattungsgemäßen Sitzmöbels derart zu gestalten, daß diese mit wenigen einfachen Handgriffen montiert und später auch vom Käufer nach Beschaffung eines entsprechenden Ersatzteiles ausgewechselt werden kann.
  • Dies wird der Erfindung zufolge dadurch erreicht, daß der Keder an seinen Außenflächen im Schaumstoffpolsterkörper eingebettet und vom Bezug umspannt ist.
  • Gerade die Einbettung des Keders in den Schaumstoffpolsterkörper erbringt entscheidende Vorteile im Hinblick auf die Montage bzw. Auswechselbarkeit der Polsterung. Zunächst verringert sich durch diese Einbettung die Anzahl der miteinander noch montagemäßig zu verbindenden Teile von früher vier auf nunmehr drei, nämlich Bezug, Schaumstoffpolster-Keder-Körper und Schale. Weiterhin hält der Schaumstoffpolsterkörper bei der Montage den integrierten Keder nunmehr in korrekter Ausrichtung auf den Schalenrand, so daß die zusammenzusteckenden Teile längs ihres gesamten Steckrandes auf einmal aufeinander gesetzt werden können, wobei vorteilhafterweise nunmehr der Bezug mit einer gewissen Nachgiebigkeit um den Schaumstoffpolsterkörper und Keder insgesamt herumgeschlagen werden kann. Beim nachfolgenden Aufdrücken des Keders auf den Schalenrand erfährt der Bezug allseitig eine definierte Nachspannung.
  • Die Erfindung erlaubt es somit dem Hersteller, Bezug, Schaumstoffpolsterkörper und Keder als quasi einstückiges Ersatzteil zu liefern, das beim Auswechseln lediglich auf die Tragschale aufzuklipsen ist.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen werden, daß der Schalenrand wulst-, Z- oder T-förmig profiliert ist und daß der Keder eine dem Schalenrandprofil eng angepaßte Nut zur Einspannung des Bezuges besitzt.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise weist das Profil des Keders ein oder zwei zusätzliche, hinterschnittene Nuten auf, welche mit Schaumstoff des Polsterkörpers ausgefüllt sind. Durch diese Profilierung wird eine besonders feste Einbettung des Keders im Schaumstoffkörper gewährleistet. Der Keder kann hierbei im Polsterkörper fest eingeschäumt sein, wobei der im allgemeinen ebenfalls aus Kunststoff bestehende Keder vom frischen Schaum angelöst wird und sich mit diesem innig und fest verbindet. Alternativ kann der Schaumstoffpolsterkörper auch mit einem Aufnahmeprofil für den Keder hergestellt werden und der Keder durch Ankleben oder Anklammern in diesem Aufnahmeprofil fest untergebracht werden.
  • Der Gegenstand der Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, in der zeigen :
    • Figur 1 einen Querschnitt durch den Sitzteil eines Sitzmöbels,
    • Fig. 2 in vergrößerter Darstellung den Randbereich der gepolsterten Sitzfläche,
    • Figur 3 im Querschnitt den Keder nach Fig. 2,
    • Figur 4 eine abgewandelte Ausführungsform des Keders und
    • Figur 5 eine für eine Auswechslung bestimmte Sitzflächenpolsterung nach der Erfindung.
  • Das nur im Detail dargestellte Sitzmöbel besitzt eine von einem Standbein 1 gehaltene Sitzschale 2, deren Rand nach oben und dann nach außen hin Z-förmig abgekröpft ist. Der nach außen hin abgekröpfte Randschenkel 3 des umlaufenden,, Z-förmig profilierten Schalenrandes 4 ist nach außen hin keilförmig verdickt. Auf der Sitzschale 2 liegt ein Schaumstoffpolsterkörper 5, in welchen ein ringsum laufender Keder 6 eingebettet ist. Der Keder besitzt etwa C-Profil und ist unter Zwischeneinspannung eines Bezuges 7 ringsum auf den Schalenrand 4 aufgesteckt, wobei der Bezug mehrfach scharfkantig bzw. rechtwinklig zwischen den eng aneinander angepaßten C- und Z-Profilen der beiden Steckteile abgeknickt ist.
  • Der Keder 6 ist beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 2 an seiner gesamten Außenfläche, d. h. mit Ausnahme seiner Innennut, mit Schaumstoff umschäumt, wodurch ein fester Zusammenhalt zwischen Keder und Schaumstoffpolsterkörper 5 gewährleistet ist.
  • Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4 ist ein etwa H-förmig profilierter Keder 8 vorgesehen, der außer der hinterschnittenen Aufnahmenut zur Aufnahme des Z-förmigen Schalenrandes 4 noch weitere hinterschnittene, mit Schaumstoff ausgefüllte Nuten 9, 10 aufweist.
  • Fig. 5 veranschaulicht die Auswechselbarkeit der Polsterung nach der Erfindung. Als Austauschteil ist hier fabrikmäßig der Schaumstoffpolsterkörper 5 mit eingebettetem Keder 6 integriert. Dieser Bauteil 5/6 kann ebenfalls bereits vom Hersteller mit dem gewünschten Bezug 7 überspannt sein, wobei einige elastische Schnüre 11, Kordeln od. dgl., den Bezug an der Unterseite provisorisch zusammenhalten. Dieses Ersatzteil wird längs des Keders 6 auf den Rand 4 der Schale aufgesetzt und dann schnappend aufgedrückt, wobei der Bezug 7 durch das Eindrücken in die Kedernut 12 eine definierte Nachspannung erfährt.
  • Anstelle einer provisorischen Halterung durch die Schnüre 11 oder dgl. kann der Bezug auch schon endgültig am Bauteil 5/6 festgespannt sein, indem man beispielsweise einen Keder mit im Inneren angeordneter Fanglippe verwendet, die den hineingedrückten Bezug gegen ein Wiederherausrutschen sichert.

Claims (5)

1. Sitzmöbel mit an einer Tragschale angebrachter Polsterung, welche aus einem Schaumstoffpolsterkörper, einem Bezug und einem Keder zur Einspannung des Bezugs am Schalenrand besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Keder (6) an seinen Außenflächen in dem Schaumstoffpolsterkörper (5) eingebettet und vom Bezug (7) umspannt ist.
2. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalenrand (4) wulst-, Z- oder T-förmig profiliert ist und daß der Keder (6) eine dem Schalenrandprofil eng angepaßte Nut (12) zur Einspannung des Bezuges besitzt.
3. Sitzmöbel nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil des Keders (8) ein oder zwei zusätzliche hinterschnittene Nuten (9, 10) aufweist, welche mit Schaumstoff des Polsterkörpers (5) ausgefüllt sind.
4. Sitzmöbel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Keder (6, 8) im Schaumstoffpolsterkörper (5) fest eingeschäumt ist.
5. Sitzmöbel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Keder an den Schaumstoffpolsterkörper angeklebt oder angeklammert ist.
