Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schubladenschrank, insbesondere für Apotheken, dessen Schubkästen hinter einer Griffleiste eine zumindest dreiseitig umlaufende Staubdichtung mit einem über die Umrandung der Griffleiste vorstehenden weich-elastischen Dichtelement aufweisen, wobei das Dichtelement vorzugsweise am Umfang einer zwischen der Vorderseite des Schubkastens und der Griffleiste angeordneten Zwischenplatte befestigt ist.
  • Aus der DE-A-2 853 939 ist ein Schubladenschrank dieser Art bekannt, bei dem zwischen der Vorderseite und der Griffleiste der Schubkästen eine Staubdichtung angeordnet ist, die eine umlaufende weiche Lippe aufweist, die gegenüber der Griffleiste so weit vorsteht, dass eine leichte Überlappung mit den Lippen der Staubdichtungen an den benachbarten Schubkästen vorhanden ist. Die Dichtlippe kann an einem Kunststoffrahmen angespritzt sein. Andererseits kann die Staubdichtung aber auch aus einer Zwischenplatte bestehen, die beidseitig von einer Kunststoffolie umgeben und darin eingeschweisst ist, wobei die Lippe aus dem über die Zwischenplatte überstehenden Rand der Kunststoffolien gebildet wird.
  • Bei solchen Schubladen-Staubdichtungen muss aufgrund der Überlappung der elastischen Dichtlippen beim Herausziehen und Hineinschieben der einzelnen Schubkästen ein gewisser Widerstand überwunden werden, der um so grösser ist, je grösser das Mass der Überlappung der umlaufenden Dichtlippen ist. Dabei kann es geschehen, dass bei Betätigung der Schubkästen aufgrund der Überlappung der Dichtlippen gleichzeitig benachbarte Schubkästen unbeabsichtigt mit ausgezogen werden. Diese Gefahr ist in besonderem Masse auch deshalb gegeben, weil die aus den dünnen Kunststoffolien gebildeten flachen Dichtlippen dazu neigen, sich umzulegen oder etwas einzurollen, wodurch die Dichtwirkung in Frage gestellt wird. Um hier Abhilfe zu schaffen, muss die flache Dichtlippe eine gewisse Steifigkeit erhalten, also aus verhältnismässig dicken und steifen Kunststoffolien gebildet werden.
  • Zum Stand der Technik gehören auch Türdichtungen in verschiedenen Ausführungen, die den Spalt zwischen Boden und Tür gegen Zugluft abdichten. Beispielsweise ist es aus der GB-A-1 441 580 bekannt, eine elastische Dichtleiste aus Kunststoff od.dgl. mittels eines angeformten Leistenfusses in einer Schwalbenschwanznut eines Türbeschlages festzulegen, der von unten auf den Türflügel aufgesteckt wird. Ferner ist aus der EP-A-0 011 123 eine Türdichtung bekannt, die aus einer Kunststoffprofilleiste besteht, welche mit Hilfe eines Klebebandes an der Frontfläche der Tür befestigt wird. Die Kunststoffprofilleiste ist mit fest eingebundenen Borstenbündeln versehen, welche die eigentliche Dichtlippe bilden.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, bei einem Schubladenschrank der eingangs genannten Art eine besonders wirkungsvolle Staubdichtung zu schaffen, bei der selbst bei grösserer Überlappung der Dichtelemente ein unbeabsichtigtes Herausziehen benachbarter Schubkästen bei Betätigung eines Schubkastens nicht auftreten kann und durch die auch die Leichtgängigkeit der Schubkästen nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Dabei soll die Staubdichtung als Massenerzeugnis möglichst billig sein und sich auch einfach an den Schubkästen anbringen lassen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass das umlaufende Dichtelement aus einem zusammenhängenden, flexiblen Bürstenband besteht, das mit seinem Fussteil in einer Nut einer Kunststoff-Profilleiste gehalten ist.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäss ausgebildete Staubdichtung lässt sich eine besonders wirksame Umfangsdichtung an den Schubkästen erreichen, ohne dass selbst bei grösserem Überlappungsmass die Leichtgängigkeit der Schubkästen in Frage gestellt wird. Die Gefahr, dass beim Herausziehen eines Schubkastens unbeabsichtigt benachbarte Schubkästen mit herausgezogen werden, ist bei Verwendung der sich überlappenden Bürstenbänder nicht gegeben. Die von den Bürstenbändern gebildete Überlappungsdichtung kann sich ohne weiteres auch Unebenheiten und Unregelmässigkeiten der Schubkästen und ihrer Lage zueinander anpassen. Für das umlaufende Dichtelement wird ein verhältnismässig billiges zusammenhängendes flexibles Bürstenband verwendet, das sich mit seinem Fussteil in die Nut des Randschenkels der Kunststoff-Profilleiste einziehen lässt. Hierdurch wird auch die Montage der Staubdichtung vereinfacht. Das Bürstenband und die Kunststoff-Profilleiste lassen sich als Meterware preiswert herstellen. Auch die genannten Zwischenplatten können als Kunststoff-Tiefziehteile preisgünstig gefertigt werden.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist die Kunststoff-Profilleiste einen auf der Zwischenplatte aufliegenden Befestigungsschenkel und den etwa senkrecht hierzu stehenden, das Bürstenband tragenden schmalen Randschenkel auf. Die Zwischenplatte besteht zweckmässig aus einer dünnen-flexiblen Kunststoffplatte, die am Umfang durch die Kunststoff-Profilleiste versteift ist. Die Zwischenplatte lässt sich z.B. aus einer dünnen Kunststoffolie im Tiefziehverfahren herstel-Jen. Vorzugsweise weist die Zwischenplatte eine flache Umfangseinziehung für den Befestigungsschenkel der Kunststoff-Profilleiste auf. Die Befestigung der Kunststoff-Profilleiste bzw. ihres Befestigungsschenkels an der Zwischenplatte kann durch Verkleben, Verschweissen oder in sonstiger Weise erfolgen. Ferner empfiehlt es sich, die Kunststoff-Zwischenplatte mit angeformten Platteneinziehungen zu versehen, welche die Zwischenplatte aussteifen und zugleich zur Befestigung der Zwischenplatte dienen können. Ausserdem erhält die Kunststoff-Zwischenplatte zweckmässig einen angeformten Umfangsrand.
  • Schliesslich lässt sich die Anordnung auch so treffen, dass die Kunststoff-Profilleiste mit Rastmitteln, vorzugsweise einem Einraststeg, für die Befestigung an der Zwischenplatte oder an einer Nut der Griffleiste versehen wird.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend im Zusammenhang mit den in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 in einem perspektivischen Sprengbild einen einzelnen Schubkasten eines Schubladenschrankes mit einer erfindungsgemässen Staubdichtung;
    • Fig. 2 in einer perspektivischen Teilansicht zwei nebeneinanderliegende Schubkästen eines Schubladenschrankes mit der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Staubdichtung;

  • In Fig. 1 ist ein einzelner Schubkasten 1 dargestellt, dessen parallele Seitenwände 2 mit Profilleisten 3zum Einhängen des Schubkastens in eine Schubkastenführung des Schubladenschrankes versehen sind. Der Schubkasten 1 ist an seiner Vorderseite 4 durch eine Frontplatte geschlossen, mit welcher eine Griffleiste 5 verbunden wird, die mit Markierungen und Beschriftungen u.dgl. zur Bezeichnung des Inhalts des Schubkastens versehen werden kann. Zwischen der Griffleiste 5 und der Vorderseite 4 ist die Staubdichtung 6 angeordnet.
  • Die Staubdichtung 6 besteht aus einer dünnwandigen, flexiblen Zwischenplatte 7, die vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, zweckmässig im Tiefziehverfahren, hergestellt ist und mehrere angeformte Einziehungen 8 und 9 aufweist, mit denen sich die Zwischenplatte 7 gegen die Vorderseite 4 des Schubkastens 1 legen kann. An den äusseren Einziehungen 8 kann die Zwischenplatte 7 mittels Schrauben 10 (Fig. 5) an der Vorderseite 4 des Schubkastens 1 befestigt werden. Anstelle der Schraubenverbindung kann aber auch eine andere Verbindung, z.B. eine Klebverbindung, vorgesehen werden. Die Verbindung der Griffleiste 5 mit der Zwischenplatte 7 und dem Vorderteil 4 des Schubkastens 1 kann ebenfalls durch Verschrauben, Kleben oder in anderer Weise erfolgen.
  • Die Zwischenplatte weist eine die Frontseite des Schubkastens 1 dreiseitig umschliessende Umfangsdichtung auf, die aus einem weich-flexiblen Bürstenband 11 besteht, welches die Vorderseite 4 bzw. die Griffleiste 5 an dem oberen horizontalen Rand und den beiden vertikalen Rändern übergreift. Das Bürstenband 11 ist als Flachbürste ausgebildet. Es weist ein aus einem dünnen flexiblen Band bestehendes Fussteil 12 auf (Fig. 5). An den das Bürstenband 11 tragenden drei Umfangsrändern der Zwischenplatte 7 ist eine flache Profilleiste 13 mit einem L-Profil z.B. durch Punktschweissen, Kleben od.dgl. verbunden. Die Profilleiste 13 besteht ebenfalls aus Kunststoff, zweckmässig einem Kunststoff, dessen Härte grösser ist als diejenige des die Zwischenplatte 7 bildenden Kunststoffs. Wie vor allem Fig. 5 zeigt, weist die Profilleiste 13 einen verhältnismässig breiten, flachen Befestigungsschenkel 14 auf, der in einer flachen Umfangseinziehung 15 der Zwischenplatte 7 liegt und hier mit der Zwischenplatte 7 in der genannten Weise verbunden ist. Ausserdem weist die Profilleiste 13 einen senkrecht zu dem Befestigungsschenkel 14 stehenden schmalen Randschenkel 16 auf, dessen Stärke etwa gleich der Dicke der Zwischenplatte ist und der an den drei Seiten die Zwischenplatte 7 am Rand abschliesst. Der Randschenkel 16 ist mit einer etwa T-förmigen umlaufenden Nut 17 versehen, in welcher das aus dem flexiblen Band bestehende Fussteil 12 des Bürstenbandes 11 gehalten ist. Die Anordnung kann so getroffen werden, dass sich das flexible Bürstenband 11 mit seinem Fussteil 12 in die Nut 17 der Profilleiste 13 einziehen lässt, worauf die Profilleiste 13 an den Eckbereichen 13' (Fig. 1) eingeschnitten und um die Zwischenplatte 7 herumgelegt und dann mit ihr z.B. durch Punktschweissen befestigt wird. An den vier Umfangsrändern ist die Zwischenplatte 7 mit einem angeformten Umfangsrand 18 versehen, der dreiseitig durch den Randschenkel 16 der Profilleiste 13 abgedeckt wird.
  • Die Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen die Anordnung der Staubdichtung an zwei nebeneinanderliegenden Schubkästen 1 des Schubladenschrankes. Es ist erkennbar, dass sich bei geschlossenen Schubkästen 1 die Bürstenbänder 11 an den Frontseiten der Schubkästen 1 mehr oder weniger weit überlappen und dadurch eine zuverlässige Staubdichtung bilden.
  • In Fig. 4 ist die Staubdichtung zwischen zwei übereinanderliegenden Schubkästen 1 des Schubladenschrankes dargestellt. Es ist erkennbar, dass das Bürstenband 11 an dem oberen horizontalen Rand des unteren Schubkastens 1 so weit vorsteht, dass es hinter die herabgezogene Griffleiste 5 des oberen Schubkastens 1 fasst und dadurch an dieser Stelle die Staubdichtung bewirkt. Die weich-flexiblen Bürstenbänder 11 können sich verhältnismässig weit überlappen, ohne dass die Leichtgängigkeit beim Herausziehen und Hineinschieben der Schubkästen 1 beeinträchtigt wird und ohne dass die Gefahr besteht, dass beim Herausziehen der einzelnen Schubkästen benachbarte Schubkästen durch die sich überlappenden Bürsten der Bürstenbänder 11 unbeabsichtigt mit herausgezogen werden.
  • Das Bürstenband 11 und die Profilleiste 13 lassen sich als Meterware preiswert herstellen. Die Zwischenplatten 7 können insbesondere als Kunststoff-Tiefziehteile ebenfalls preisgünstig gefertigt werden.
  • Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 6 ist die Profilleiste 13 mit einem Einraststeg 19 versehen, der in eine dreiseitig umlaufende Nut 20 der Griffleiste 5 eingerastet werden kann, wodurch ein fester Sitz der das Bürstenband 11 tragenden Profilleiste 13 an der Griffleiste 5 erreicht wird. Auch hier ist das flexible Bürstenband 11 mit seinem Fussteil 12 in einer Nut der Profilleiste 13 gehalten, wie dies im Zusammenhang mit Fig. 5 erläutert ist. Anstelle eines Einraststeges 19 können auch andere Rastorgane, z.B. Rastnocken u.dgl., vorgesehen werden.

Schubladenschrank, insbesondere für Apotheken, dessen Schubkästen (1) hinter einer Griffleiste (5) eine zumindest dreiseitig umlaufende Staubdichtung mit einem über die Umrandung der Griffleiste (5) vorstehenden weich-elastischen Dichtelement aufweisen, wobei das Dichtelement vorzugsweise am Umfang einer zwischen der Vorderseite (4) des Schubkastens (1) und der Griffleiste (5) angeordneten Zwischenplatte (7) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das umlaufende Dichtelement aus einem zusammenhängenden, flexiblen Bürstenband (11) besteht, das mit seinem Fussteil in einer Nut (17) einer Kunststoff- Profilleiste (13) gehalten ist.
2. Schubladenschrank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilleiste (13) einen auf der Zwischenplatte (7) aufliegenden Befestigungsschenkel (14) und einen etwa senkrecht hierzu stehenden, die Bürste (11) tragenden schmalen Randschenkel (16) aufweist.
3. Schubladenschrank nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenplatte (7) aus einer dünnen, flexiblen Kunststoffplatte besteht, die am Umfang durch die Profilleiste (13) versteift ist.
4. Schubladenschrank nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenplatte (7) eine flache Umfangseinziehung (15) für den Befestigungsschenkel (14) der Profilleiste (13) aufweist.
5. Schubladenschrank nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoff-Zwischenplatte (7) mit angeformten Platteneinziehungen (8, 9) versehen ist.
6. Schubladenschrank nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoff-Zwischenplatte (7) einen angeformten Umfangsrand (18) aufweist.
7. Schubladenschrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilleiste (13) mit Rastmitteln, vorzugsweise einem Einraststeg (19), für die Befestigung an der Zwischenplatte (7) oder an einer Nut (20) der Griffleiste (5) versehen ist.
