Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zum Montieren und Auswuchten der rotierenden Messer einer Kuttermaschine, bei welcher der massive Zentralteil (1d) des Messers mit einer Öffnung (3) versehen ist, die einen wesentlich rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist und das Einsetzen eines quadratischen Vorsprungs (11) ermöglicht, der mit einer Stützscheibe fest verbunden ist, die wiederum mit einer Öffnung (12) versehen ist, die dieselbe Form wie die Maschinenwelle aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (11) eine außermittige Bohrung (13) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Finger (17) einer Scheibe (15) mitzuwirken, die eine Auswuchteinrichtung trägt und mit einer Muffe (16) versehen ist, auf welche sich die kreisförmige Auswuchtscheibe (20) anlegt, die in ihrer Mitte eine längliche Ausnehmung (21) aufweist, was die Möglichkeit einer sicheren Wegschaffung der Unwucht bietet, so daß das Auswuchten der an der Maschinenwelle angeordneten Messer (1) sichergestellt ist.
2. Vorrichtung zum Montieren und Auswuchten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Vorsprung (11) der Stützscheibe und einer von den Seiten (3b) der Öffnung (3) der Messer (1) ein sinngemäß angepaßtes Unterlage- oder Zwischenstück (60) eingesetzt wird und daß dies Zwischenstück (60) dann durch ein Klemmstück oder einen Riegel (61) festgeklemmt wird, während der Vorsprung (11) der Stützscheibe (10) ebenfalls durch ein Klemmstück oder einen Riegel (61) festgeklemmt wird.
3. Vorrichtung zum Montieren und Auswuchten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (11) der Stützscheibe (10) eine quadratische Form aufweist, so daß die Messer (1) gegeneinander um 90° versetzt werden können.

Vorrichtung zum Montieren und Auswuchten, bei welcher die kreisförmige Auswuchtscheibe (20) in ihrer Mitte eine längliche Ausnehmung (21) aufweist, so daß sie sich beliebig auf der Maschinenwelle gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 bewegen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil der Auswuchtscheibe mit zu deren Erleichterung ausgesparten Öffnungen (23) versehen ist und daß zwei bewegliche Finger (25, 26) die Möglichkeit bieten, durch seine Verschiebung die Auswuchtscheibe (20) in der Stellung festzuklemmen, bei welcher die Unwucht ausgeglichen wird und das Auswuchten der Messer (1) der Maschine sichergestellt ist.

Vorrichtung zum Montieren und Auswuchten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in dem massiven Zentralteil (1d) ausgesparte Öffnung (3) eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Form aufweist, obgleich die Seite (3b) der Seite (3a) nicht parallel verläuft, sondern leicht von ihr abweicht, um das Einsetzen des sinngemäß angepaßten Unterlage- oder Zwischenstücks (60) zu erleichtern.
