Claims (6)

1. Surface de frottement pour une machine à piston comprenant au moins un piston et au moins un cylindre, en particulier pour un compresseur de frein, où au moins la paroi externe du piston et/ou la paroi interne du cylindre est en alliage d'aluminium et la surface de frottement du piston et/ou du cylindre porté un revêtement, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement est formé d'un vernis à base de résine époxyde additionnée d'un matériau de céramique oxydée.
2. Surface de frottement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le matériau de céramique oxydée contient de l'alumine (AL203) et du zirconoïde (Zr03) fritté.
3. Surface de frottement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur du revêtement est comprise entre 20 et 40 µm.
4. Surface de frottement selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur du revêtement est de 30 µm.
5. Procédé pour réaliser un revêtement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il consiste:
a) à pulvériser le matériau de revêtement, formé de vernis et de matériau de céramique oxydée, sous pression sur la surface à revêtir; et
b) à sécher la pièce dont la surface a ainsi été revêtue dans un four à une température supérieure à 200°C.
6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'on effectue le séchage au four pendant environ 1 h et à une température d'environ 220°C.
