Abstract

Le procede et le dispositif pour sa mise en oeuvre permettent la fabrication de plaques et echantillons de moquettes et tapis a dimensions et angles exacts a partir de pans de tapis. Dans une premiere etape on aligne d'abord la matiere selon un bord longitudinal sur une table de dressage (3) a rouleaux obliques (4) et, ensuite, on la decoupe selon sa longueur en plusieurs bandes d'egales largeurs au moyen de plusieurs couteaux circulaires rotatifs disposes dans une enceinte (7). Dans une seconde etape, les bandes sont amenees de chant et sans glissement vers un dispositif de coupe transversale (26) ou elles sont coupees en plaques par un couteau travaillant sur une surface dure. L'operation de decoupage est commandee par une commande a impulsion couplee avec le dispositif d'avance en fonction de l'avance. Des dispositifs (32 a 36) d'appretage, de nettoyage, d'etiquetage et d'empilage des plaques ou d'echantillons de moquettes sont disposes a la suite du dispositif de coupe transversale. La matiere avance de facon continue dans les deux etapes.
