Claims (3)

1. Rechtwinkelige parallelepipedische Schactel aus einem zugeschnittenen Kartonbogen, der mit Faltlinien versehen ist, um nach dem Zurechtbiegen und Umklappen folgendes zu bilden:
- einen Boden (2),
einen Deckel (4),
― eine erste, der Länge nach mit dem Boden (2) verbundene Seitenwand (1),
eine zweite, den Boden (2) und den Deckel (4) der Länge nach verbindende Seitenwand (3),
― zwei quer zu den obigen Seitenwänden verlaufende und seitlich mit dem Boden (2) oder dem Deckel (4) verbundene Endwände (7, 8), sowie Mittel zum Halten der Wände in die Schachtel schließender, zurechtgebogener Position, enthaltend:
― eine dritte, der Länge nach mit dem Deckel (4) verbundene und die erste Seitenwand (1) überdeckende Seitenwand (5),
eine mit dieser dritten Seitenwand (5) verbundene Zunge (6), die nach Faltung um 90° durch einen in der Faltlinie zwischen erster Seitenwand (1) und Boden (2) vorgesehenen Einschnitt (11) im Inneren der Schachtel eingreift, und
zwei jeweils mit einer querlaufenden Endwand (7, 8) verbundene, in das Innere der Schachtel umgebogene Endklappen (9, 10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (6) beim EinSchnitt (11) umgebogen ist und an der Innenseite der ersten Seitenwand (1) anliegt, und daß die beiden Endklappen (9, 10) die Zunge (6) gegen die Innenseite der ersten Seitenwand (1) hatten.
2. Vorprodukt zur Herstellung einer Schachtel nach Anspruch 1 mit:
― einem Boden (2),
- einem Deckel (4),
einer ersten, der Länge nach mit dem Boden (2) verbundenen Seitenwand (1),
― einer zweiten, der Länge nach mit dem Boden (2) und dem Deckel (4) verbundene Seitenwand (3),
zwei quer zu den obigen Seitenwänden verlaufenden und seitlich mit dem Boden (2) und dem Deckel (4) verbundenen Endwänden (7, 8), sowie Mitteln zum Halten der Wände in die Schachtel schließender, zurechtgebogener Position, enthaltend:
- eine dritte, der Länge nach mit dem Deckel (4) verbundene und die erste Seitenwand (1) nach dem Zurechtbiegen überdeckende Seitenwand (5),
- eine mit dieser dritten Seitenwand (5) verbundene Zunge (6), die nach Faltung um 90° durch einen in der Faltlinie zwischen erster Seitenwand (1) und Boden (2) vergesehenen Einschnitt (11) im Inneren der Schachtel in Eingriff bringbar ist, und
- zwei jeweils mit einer querlaufenden Endwand (7, 8) verbundene, in das Innere der Schachtel umbiegbare Endklappen (9, 10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Zunge (6), gemessen senkrecht zur Richtung der zwischen Zunge (6) und Seitenwand (5) befindlichen Faltlinie, höchstens gleich jener der ersten Seitenwand (1) ist.
3. Verfahren zum Bilden einer Schachtel nach Anspruch 1 aus einem Vorprodukt nach Anspruch 2, bei weichem nach Faltung der Seitenwände um 90° und des zur Bildung des Deckels herangezogenen Teils um 90° die Zunge (6) durch den Einschnitt (11) eingeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Zunge (6) zur Innenseite der ersten Seitenwand (1) hin umklappt, und daß man die Endklappen (9,'10) parallel zur Ebene des Deckels (4) derart in die Schachtel einführt, daß sie die Zunge (6) blockieren und ein Öffnen der Schachtel über ihren Deckel (4) verhindern.
