Claims (16)

1. Machine à laver du type à passage continu à charges distinctes, comprenant une succession de tambours dont chacun peut être mis en rotation dans un bain de liqueur contenu dans un compartiment individuel d'une succession de compartiments pendant chaque cycle de lavage et dans laquelle des moyens sont prévus pour transférer des articles textiles de chaque tambour dans le tambour immédiatement suivant entre les cycles de lavage et où la liqueur circule à travers chaque compartiment de tambour et d'au moins un premier compartiment de tambour à un compartiment de tambour adjacent appartenant à une même paire de compartiments de tambours successifs tout en étant maintenue à un niveau désiré dans ce compartiment pendant chaque cycle de lavage, caractérisée par des moyens qu'on peut faire agir, au début de chaque cycle de lavage et lorsqu'il y a une incompatibilité entre la liqueur contenue dans le premier compartiment de tambour et les articles contenus dans le compartiment de tambour adjacent, pour interrompre le passage de la liqueur dudit premier compartiment de tambour dans ledit compartiment de tambour adjacent et la dévier vers un autre point et pour remplacer la liqueur que ledit compartiment de tambour adjacent devait recevoir en provenance dudit premier compartiment de tambour par une liqueur compatible avec les articles contenus dans ledit compartiment de tambour adjacent et des moyens qu'on peut faire agir, à la fin de chaque cycle de lavage et lorsqu'il y a une incompatibilité entre la liqueur contenue dans le compartiment de tambour dans lequel les articles textiles doivent être transférés en provenance du compartiment de tambour précédent de ladite paire de compartiments après exécution dudit cycle de lavage, pour vidanger ladite liqueur de ce compartiment et pour ajouter, au début du cycle de lavage suivant, dans le compartiment de tambour dans lequel lesdits articles doivent être transférés, une liqueur qui est compatible avec ces articles, pour remplacer la liqueur qui en a été vidangée.

Machine à laver selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la machine comprend des moyens servant à faire passer la liqueur dudit premier compartiment de tambour dans le compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant appartenant à la même paire de compartiments de tambours adjacents ou à évacuer la liqueur dudit premier compartiment vers un autre point lorsque ladite liqueur excède un niveau prédéterminé à l'intérieur dudit premier compartiment, de telle manière que, dans le cas où la liqueur contenue dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour est incompatible avec les articles contenus dans ledit compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant, sa circulation puisse être interrompue et déviée vers un autre point au début du cycle de lavage, puis rétablie au début du cycle de lavage suivant lorsque la liqueur contenue dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour est compatible avec les articles contenus dans ledit compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant, des moyens servant à vidanger la liqueur dudit compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant lorsque la liqueur qui y est contenue excède un niveau prédéterminé, des moyens servant à ajouter de la liqueur audit compartiment immédiatement suivant à un débit relativement lent pour remplacer la liqueur que ledit compartiment immédiatement suivant ne reçoit pas par suite de l'interruption de la circulation entre ces compartiments, des moyens servant à vidanger la liqueur dudit compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant, qui va recevoir des articles dudit premier compartiment de tambour et à y ajouter de la liqueur, à un débit relativement rapide, de manière que, dans le case d'une incompatibilité entre la liqueur contenue dans le compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant et les articles contenus dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour, la liqueur contenue dans le compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant puisse être vidangée de ce compartiment, juste avant le transfert desdits articles à ce compartiment et rapidement remplacée par une liqueur compatible avec lesdits articles à la suite de ce transfert et au début du cycle de lavage suivant, et des moyens servant à arrêter l'addition de liqueur audit compartiment suivant à un débit relativement rapide lorsque la liqueur atteint le niveau prédéterminé dans ce compartiment et à continuer ensuite à ajouter de la liqueur à ce compartiment à un débit relativement lent pour rétablir la circulation à travers ce compartiment.
4. Machine à laver selon la revendication 3, comprenant des moyens servant à ajouter de la liqueur dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour à un débit relativement rapide, de manière que la liqueur qui peut en avoir été vidangée soit rapidement remplacée.
5. Machine à laver selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la liqueur circule à contre-courant par rapport aux articles passant dudit premier compartiment de tambour audit compartiment de tambour suivant.
6..Machine à laver selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle la machine comprend des moyens servant à faire circuler la liqueur dudit compartiment de tambour dans le compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent appartenant à la même paire de compartiments de tambours adjacents, ou à évacuer la liqueur dudit premier compartiment vers un autre point lorsque ladite liqueur excède un niveau prédéterminé à l'intérieur dudit premier compartiment, de sorte que, dans le cas où la liqueur contenue dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour est incompatible avec les articles contenus dans ledit compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent, sa circulation puisse être interrompue et déviée sur un autre point au début du cycle de lavage, puis rétablie au début du cycle de lavage suivant lorsque la liqueur contenue dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour est compatible avec les articles contenus dans ledit compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent, des moyens servant à vidanger la liqueur dudit compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent lorsque la liqueur qui y est contenue excède un niveau prédéterminé, des moyens servant à ajouter de la liqueur audit compartiment immédiatement précédent à un débit relativement lent pour remplacer la liqueur que ledit compartiment immédiatement précédent ne reçoit pas par suite de l'interruption de la circulation entre ces compartiments, des moyens servant à vidanger la liqueur dudit premier compartiment de tambour qui doit recevoir les articles provenant dudit compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent, et à ajouter de la liqueur à ce premier compartiment de tambour à un débit relativement rapide de sortie que, dans le cas d'une incompatibilité entre la liqueur contenue dans le premier compartiment de tambour et les articles contenus dans le compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent, la liqueur contenue dans le premier compartiment de tambour puisse être rapidement vidangée de ce compartiment juste avant le transfert desdits articles à ce compartiment, et puisse être rapidement remplacée par de la liqueur compatible avec lesdits articles à la suite de ce transfert et au début du cycle de lavage suivant, et des moyens servant à arrêter l'addition de liqueur audit premier compartiment à un débit relativement rapide lorsque la liqueur qui y est contenue atteint le niveau prédéterminé et à continuer ensuite à y ajouter de la liqueur à un débit relativement lent pour rétablir la circulation à travers ce compartiment.
7. Machine à laver selon la revendication 6, comprenant des moyens servant à ajouter de la liqueur audit compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent à un débit relativement rapide, de manière que la liqueur qui en a été éventuellement vidangée soit rapidement remplacée.
8. Machine à laver selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la liqueur contenue dans le compartiment de tambour dans lequel les articles doivent être transférés contenait un produit chimique qui y avait été ajouté, cette machine possédant le perfectionnement additionnel consistant dans des moyens additionnels qu'on peut faire agir au début du cycle de lavage suivant pour enrichir la liqueur ajoutée à ce tambour en produit chimique pour remplacer celui qui a été perdu dans la vidange.
9. Procédé d'utilisation d'une machine à laver du type à passage continu à charges distinctes, qui comprend une succession de tambours dont chacun peut tourner dans un bain de liqueur contenu dans un compartiment individuel d'un succession de compartiments pendant chaque cycle de lavage et dans laquelle sont prévus des moyens servant à transférer des articles textiles de chaque tambour dans le tambour immédiatement suivant entre les cycles de lavage, et servant à faire circuler la liqueur à travers chaque compartiment de tambour et d'un premier compartiment de tambour à un compartiment de tambour adjacent appartenant à une même paire de compartiments de tambours successifs cependant qu'un niveau désiré de liqueur est maintenu dans chaque compartiment de tambour pendant chaque cycle de lavage, caractérisé par les phases consistant à observer si la liqueur contenue dans un compartiment de tambour est incompatible avec les articles contenus dans le compartiment de tambour adjacent et, si une incompatibilité est constatée et au début de chaque cycle de lavage, à faire en sorte que la circulation de liqueur allant dudit premier compartiment de tambour dans ledit compartiment de tambour adjacent soit interrompue et déviée sur un autre point, et remplacer la liqueur que ledit compartiment de tambour adjacent devait recevoir en provenance dudit premier compartiment de tambour par de la liqueur compatible avec les articles contenus dans ledit compartiment de tambour adjacent et à observer si la liqueur contenue dans le compartiment de tambour de ladite paire de compartiments de tambours dans lequel les articles textiles doivent être transférés est incompatible avec lesdits articles et, lorsqu'une incompatibilité est constatée, à faire vidanger la liqueur de ce compartiment à la fin de chaque cycle de lavage et, au début du cycle de lavage suivant, à ajouter dans le compartiment de tambour dans lequel lesdits articles ont été transférés, une liqueur qui est compatible avec ces articles, pour remplacer la liqueur qui en a été vidangée.
10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le liqueur circule à contre-courant par rapport aux articles passant dudit premier compartiment de tambour audit compartiment de tambour suivant.
11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la machine comprend des moyens servant à faire circuler la liqueur dudit premier compartiment de tambour dans le compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant appartenant à la même paire de compartiments de tambours adjacents ou à vidanger la liqueur dudit premier compartiment vers un autre point tout en maintenant la liqueur à un niveau prédéterminé dans ce compartiment, des moyens servant à vidanger la liqueur dudit compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant lorsque la liqueur qui y est contenue excède un niveau prédéterminé dans ce compartiment, des moyens servant à ajouter de la liqueur à un débit relativement lent dans ledit compartiment immédiatement suivant, des moyens servant à vidanger la liqueur du compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant qui doit recevoir des articles dudit premier compartiment de tambour et à y ajouter de la liqueur à un débit relativement rapide, des moyens servant à arrêter l'addition de liqueur dans ledit compartiment suivant à un débit relativement rapide et, ensuite, à continuer à y ajouter de la liqueur à un débit relativement lent, ce procédé comprenant les phases additionnelles consistant à observer si la liqueur contenue dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour est incompatible avec les articles contenus dans ledit compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant et, en réponse à la constation d'une telle incompatibilité et au début du cycle de lavage, à interrompre la circulation de la liqueur et à la dévier vers un autre point, et à ajouter de la liqueur audit compartiment de tembour immédiatement suivant à un débit relativement lent pour remplacer la liqueur que ledit compartiment immédiatement suivant ne reçoit pas par suite de l'interruption de la circulation, à observer si la liqueur contenue dans le compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant est incompatible avec les articles contenus dans le premier compartiment de tambour et'à vidanger rapidement la liqueur du compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant en réponse à la constatation de l'incompatibilité et juste avant le transfert des articles à ce compartiment, et à remplacer rapidement la liqueur vidangée par un liqueur compatible avec lesdits articles à la suite de ce transfert et au début du cycle de lavage suivant, et à observer si la liqueur contenue dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour est compatible avec les articles contenus dans ledit compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant puis, en réponse à la constatation de l'incompatibilité, et au début du cycle de lavage suivant, à interrompre l'addition de liqueur audit compartiment de tambour immédiatement suivant à un débit relativement lent et à rétablir l'envoi de liqueur à ce compartiment en provenance dudit premier compartiment de tambour.
12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, comprenant la phase supplémentaire consistant à ajouter de la liqueur audit premier compartiment de tambour à un débit relativement rapide de manière que la liqueur qui en a été vidangée puisse être remplacée rapidement.
13. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la liqueur circule à contre-courant par rapport aux articles passant dudit premier compartiment de tambour (D3) audit compartiment de tambour suivant (D2).
14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel la machine comprend des moyens servant à faire passer la liqueur d'un premier compartiment de tambour au compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent, d'une paire de compartiments de tambours adjacents ou à vidanger la liqueur dudit premier compartiment vers un autre point, tout en maintenant ladite liqueur à un niveau prédéterminé dans ce compartiment, des moyens servant à vidanger la liqueur dudit compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent lorsque la liqueur qui y est contenue excède un niveau précédeterminé, des moyens servant à ajouter de la liqueur audit compartiment immédiatement précédent à un débit relativement lent, des moyens servant à vidanger la liqueur du compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent, qui doit recevoir des articles dudit premier compartiment de tambour et à y ajouter de la liqueur à un débit relativement rapide, des moyens servant à arrêter l'addition de liqueur dans ledit tambour précédent à un débit relativement rapide, puis à continuer à y ajouter de la liqueur à un débit relativement lent, ce procédé comprenant les phases additionnelles consistant à observer si la liqueur contenue dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour est incompatible avec les articles contenus dans ledit compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent et, en réponse à la constation d'une telle incompatibilité, et au début du cycle de lavage suivant, à interrompre sa circulation et à la dévier vers un autre point, puis à ajouter de la liqueur dudit compartiment de . tambour immédiatement précédent à un débit relativement lent -pour remplacer la liqueur que ce compartiment immédiatement précédent ne reçoit des par suite de l'interruption de la circulation, à observer.si la liqueur contenue dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour est incompatible avec les articles contenus dans le compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent, et à vidanger-rapidement la liqueur dudit premier compartiment de tambour, en réponse à la constation de cette incompatibilité et juste avant le transfert d'articles à ce compartiment, et à remplacer rapidement la liqueur vidangée par de la liqueur compatible avec lesdits articles à la suite de ce transfert et au début du cycle de lavage suivant, et à observer si la liqueur contenue dans ledit premier compartiment de tambour est compatible avec les articles contenus dans ledit compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent et, en réponse à la constation de cette compatibilité et au début du cycle de lavage suivant, à interrompre l'addition de liqueur dans ledit compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent à un débit relativement lent et à rétablir l'introduction de liqueur dans le compartiment en provenance dudit premier compartiment de tambour.
15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, comprenant la phase additionnelle consistant à ajouter de la liqueur audit compartiment de tambour immédiatement précédent à un débit relativement rapide, de manière que la liqueur qui en a éventuellement été vidangée soit rapidement remplacéee.
16. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la liqueur contenue dans le compartiment de tambour dans lequel les articles doivent être transférés comprenait un produit chimique qui y avait été ajouté, comprenant la phase additionnelle consistant à enrichir la liqueur ajoutée audit compartiment de tambour en produit chimique, au début du cycle de lavage suivant, pour remplacer le produit chimique qui a été perdu avec la vidange.
