Claims (3)

1. Connecteur prémonté à calage à la presse (10) pour un prémontage sur une plaquette de circuits imprimés (24) dans un ensemble de trous de passage métallisés (22), comprenant:
un logement de connecteur (12),
des première et deuxième rangées voisines de contacts (14) montés à l'intérieur du logement (12),
un épaulement de pression (20) formé sur chacun des contacts (14) à l'intérieur du logement (12),
une section à calage à la presse (18) formée sur chacun des contacts (14) et s'étendant au-delà du logement, caractérisé par
un élément amovible de montage à la presse (16) ayant une forme générale de U et monté de façon amovible à l'intérieur du logement (12), l'élément (16) comprenant:
une partie plate (28) définissant une surface de pression de connecteur extérieure hors du logement (12) et
des première et deuxième rangées de dents d'une pièce (30) s'étendant normalement à partir de la partie plate (28) et étant mises en contact chacune avec les épaulements de pression (20) des première et deuxième rangées de contacts (14), ne force appliquée à la surface de pression extérieure (28) de l'élément (16) étant ainsi trans- féree par les première et deuxième rangées de dents d'une pièce (30) et les sections à calage à la presse (18) d'un ensemble de connecteurs à ' calage à la presse (10) pouvant ainsi être forcées simultanément en un contact d'adjustement avec les trous de passage métallisés (22) de la plaque de circuits imprimés (24) en appliquant une pression avec la surface de pression plate (36) d'un bloc de presse (34) sur les surfaces de pression de connecteurs extérieures (28) présentées par les éléments amovibles (16) dans l'ensemble de connecteurs à calage à la presse prémontés (10), le bloc de presse (34) n'étant pas fixé à élément amovible de montage à la presse (16) et étant retiré du connecteur (10) avant que l'élément amovible de montage à la presse (16) soit retiré du connecteur (10).
2. Connecteur prémonté à calage à la presse selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre: des fentes de logement (26) donnant accès aux épaulements de pression de contacts (20) à partir d'une surface ouverte du logement de connecteur (12), les fentes de logement (26) contraignant les dents (30) de l'élément d'insertion amovible (16) en permettant ainsi aux dents (30) de transmettre une force de la tête de presse (34) aux épaulements de pression (20).
3. Procédé pour prémenter un ensemble de connecteurs prémontés à calage à la presse (10) sur une plaquette de circuits imprimés (24) comportant des rangées de trous de passage métallisés (22), chaque connecteur (10) comportant un élément amovible de montage à la presse (16) ayant une forme générale de U, et définissant une surface plate de pression extérieure (28) en haut de chaque connecteur (10), consistant à:
- insérer avec du jeu un ensemble de connecteurs (10) dans les rangées de trois de passage (22) de la plaquette de circuits (24),
- appliquer une force de pression aux surfaces plates de pression de connecteurs (28) des connecteurs (10) insérés avec du jeu avec un moyen de presse (34) comportant une surface plate de pression (36) qui est parallèle à la plaquette de circuits (24), et qui n'est pas fixé à la surface de pression d'élément amovible de montage à la presse (28), et à
- éloigner la surface plate de pression de moyen de presse de la surface amovible de pression d'insertion en retirant les -éléments de montage à la prèsse des connecteurs.
