Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif pour appliquer un revêtement sur une surface immergée.
Ce dispositif comprend un élément d'application (6) comportant une plaque support (10) et une enveloppe étanche déformable (8) munie de poils (16) sur sa face externe (14), des ressorts (20) étant fixés sur la face interne de la plaque (10) et exerçant une pression sur la face interne (12) de l'enveloppe (8), l'élément d'application (6) étant relié à un support rigide (28) au moyen d'un ensemble de biellettes articulées (30, 36) dont l'une au moins est reliée au support (28) par des moyens élastiques (40) afin que l'élément (6) soit appliqué sur la surface (2) avec une pression suffisante.
