Claims (2)
- Procédé de traitement thermomécanique pour le laminage à chaud continu d'acier, notamment de fil et d'acier fin, selon lequel le produit laminé, chauffé à une température d'environ 1100° C pendant la dernière passe, est refroidi à une vitesse de 1800° C par seconde, caractérisé par le fait que la surface du produit laminé est refroidie de 600° C sans descendre au-dessous de la ligne martensite et que le laminé subit une autre déformation à chaud pendant l'équilibrage ultérieur de température entre les bords et le coeur, sous respect d'un taux de déformation d'au moins 10 %.
- Procédé suivant la spécification n° 1, dans lequel le laminé déformé au cours de la passe précédente à une température d'environ 1100° C est refroidi en surface à l'eau sous pression.
