Abstract

Bei einer Bandgap-Schaltungsanordnung ist der Wi­ derstand einer Dioden-Widerstandsstrecke (T₂, X, Y), an der eine temperaturunabhängige Referenzspannung (UBG = Bandgap-Spannung) abnehmbar ist, als Reihenschal­ tung mindestens zweier Widerstände (X, Y) ausgebildet, die einer Diode (T₂) parallel liegt, wobei die temperatur­ unabhängige Referenzspannung (UBG1) an einein der Wi­ derstände (X) abnehmbar ist.
