Abstract
Procede de fabrication de cafe instantane, en particulier de cafe en sachets d'infusion, dans lequel les particules de cafe torrefie portent une couche d'extrait soluble de matieres aromatiques et gustatives, par lequel il est possible de fabriquer un cafe instantane aromatique convenant a la mise en sachets d'infusion contenant du cafe pur, dans lequel les matieres aromatiques et gustatives sont extraites du coeur des particules memes de cafe torrefie dont l'enveloppe exterieure est eliminee.
