Claims (19)

1. Procédé pour couvrir resp. envelopper des objets plus grands, des tas de matériel etc. moyennant une feuille sous forme de tuyau (2), par laquelle grâce à un joint soudé (25), sera formé un sachet de feuille ouvert à un côté (22) et qui, en le tenant ouvert, est guidé, de haut en bas, sur l'objet à envelopper (10), caractérisé par le fait que le sachet de feuille (22) est tenu ouvert avec l'ouverture dirigée en bas, par des dispositifs- crochets (14, 15) qui le saisissent à ses huit coins (24, 25) et qui le transmettent ensuite moyennant un mouvement pivotant des dispositifs-crochet, pendant qu'il reste en position verticale, sur l'objet à couvrir resp. à envelopper et qui le baisse ensuite.
2. Procédé selon la prétention 1, caractérisé par le fait que le joint soudé (23) est saisi par un dispositif-crochet (16) et que le tuyau flexible de feuille (2) est tiré d'un rouleau de feuille (1).
3. Procédé selon prétention 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le tuyau flexible de feuille (2) est soudé au-dessous des dispositifs-crochet (14, 15, 16) et que, simultanément, il est détaché entre le dispositif de soudage (8) et les dispositifs-crochet (14, 15, 16).
4. Procédé selon une des prétentions 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs-crochet (14, 15) seront ouverts après le processus d'ouverture et qu'il sont retirés vers le haut, en même temps, pendant l'ascension des dispositifs-crochet (14, 15, 16), le sachet de feuille (22) se contracte de bas en haut moyennant l'action d'un dispositif de chauffement (21).
5. Procédé selon une des prétentions 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'après le découpage de la feuille, le tuyau flexible de feuille (2) sera retiré un peu pour ajuster une position de sortie pour le processus de travail suivant.
6. Procédé selon une des prétentions 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'influence de la chaleur qui est assuré par le cadre de contraction (21) cause aussi que, lors de l'ascension de celui-ci il s'arrête un peu dans le domaine de l'arrête supérieure de l'objet à couvrir (10).
7. Dispositif pour l'accomplissement du procédé selon une des prétentions 1 à 6, avec un dispositif de découpage (9) intercalé après un rouleau de tuyau flexible de feuille (1) et avec un dispositif (8) pour la formation d'un joint soudé (23) ainsi qu'un dispositif-crochet (14, 15, 16) pour le déplacement et la mise en état ouvert du sachet de feuille (22), caractérisé par le fait qu'il y a deux fois quatre dispositifs-crochet (14, 15) superposés dans un plan ; les dispositifs-crochet (14 resp. 15) des deux plans sont reliés verticalement, ainsi qu'un dispositif (18, 19) pour tenir verticalement le sachet de feuille pendant le mouvement pivotant des dispositifs-crochet.
8. Dispositif selon la prétention 7, caractérisé par le fait que, aux contrefiches (13) reliant verticalement les dispositifs-crochet (14, 15) en position à peu près horizontale, ont été articulées au moins deux tiges de guidage (18) dont les bouts opposés ont été articulés, comme un parallélogramme, à une tige transversale (19), où une pièce profilée commandée pivotante, s'engrène.
9. Dispositif selon prétention 7 ou 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il y a un dispositif-crochet (16) pour saisir le joint soudé (23) et pour retirer le tuyau flexible de feuille (2).
10. Dispositif selon une des prétentions 7 à 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'aux bouts des dispositifs-crochet (14, 15, 16) il y a des crampes magnétiques (17) pour saisir le tuyau flexible de feuille.
11. Dispositif selon une des prétentions 7 à 10, caractérisé par le fait qu'il y a, aux bras des dispositifs-crochet (14, 15), excentriques à leur axe pivotant, aux contrefiches (13) des servomoteurs fixés de manière pivotante.
12. Dispositif selon une des prétentions 7 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs-crochet inférieurs (15), en état étrésilloné, incluent un angle obtus ouvert vers le bas.
13. Dispositif selon une des prétentions 7 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que les deux arêtes (4) situées à un côté du tuyau flexible de feuille, sont guidées à travers une paire de rouleaux à distance l'une de l'autre (6 resp. 7).
14. Dispositif selon une des prétentions 7 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs-crochet (14, 15) peuvent être ajustés.
15. Dispositif selon une des prétentions 7 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que le cadre de contraction (21) est chauffé électriquement.
16. Dispositif selon une des prétentions 7 à 14, caractérisé par le fait qu'au cadre de contraction (21) a été arrangé un dispositif laser.
17. Dispositif selon une des prétentions 7 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs-crochet supérieurs (14), à peu près horizontaux, sont relativement mobiles comparés avec les inférieurs.
18. Dispositif selon une des prétentions 7 à 17, caractérisé par le fait qu'il actionne, aux tiges de guidage (18), une chaîne transporteuse menée autour de l'équipement (12), du fait que les tiges de guidage (18) sont pivotées autour d'un centre fixe au bout lors de la transposition.
